MAID'S QUARTERS CLEANING SVC

The actual cleaners were top notch (which is why I did not give an F on anything), but the person running the company misses a lot of the basic customer service requirements and creates issues rather than solving them. Some examples are below. 1. She provided us with a printed schedule of our cleaning. Several of those dates were marked both as cleaning dates and holidays. We could not get a straight answer whether anyone would actually clean on those days. Of course, no one showed up. Our question was: why would you schedule us for a day you knew you were not able to come? 2. The cleaners were scheduled to start cleaning between 11 am and 1 pm. We would take a break from work, rush home to put up our pets away before 11:00, then take a late lunch to let the pets back out afterward. Some days the cleaners would be waiting at the door at 9:00 am, others they would arrive well after we had come home to let our pets out. 3. At one point, a folding door was broken during a cleaning. This was not a big deal, it was a fragile door and easy to fix, and accidents happen. However, we were not notified about the door. We discovered it on our own. We left a message with the owner about it. It took two days to get a callback. She offered to have "[her] handyman" fix it, but it would be a couple of weeks because he was "working at our Lake Charles office." There obviously is no "Lake Charles Office". In the end, I fixed it myself with some wood glue, but I was not happy about the lack of communication and being lied to (to try to make the company sound bigger?) 4. We paid after every service. Occasionally, we would get "monthly invoices" that were out of date (usually one or two services behind what had occurred). We ignored them because we knew we were paid up. (Some of the invoices were in MS Publisher format, so they were unreadable if you did not have the Microsoft office suite). And we knew we had put the service date on every check. When we tried to cancel the service, we received multiple emails with bold red text to tell us we owed her money. She attempted to itemize the account but did not account for multiple payments from months before. In one email she told us both that she was not accusing us of not paying and that she would close our account "once payment was received". Huh?! I ended up sending two years worth of payment information to her. In the end, she sent us an email saying they were canceling our account as requested but were still looking into our payment history. The cleaning service we received was very thorough and we were happy with the actual people who did the cleaning. I cannot recommend the service, though, because of the way the owner does business.

The reviews I read for this service were great so I thought I'd inquire. Their Angie's List profile says they service the following areas: Huntsville Texas Walker County and Surroundings East Texas Areas Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio Areas Travel Gas Fees Will Reflect Don't waste your time contacting them if you're not within Walker County (maybe even if you're not in Huntsville) because they do not service Montgomery, TX which is 20 miles from Huntsville. I can assure you they wouldn't drive to Dallas, Austin or San Antonio. I did not want to rate this company bad because they did have great reviews and they did respond to my question promptly; however, they shouldn't advertise that they service surrounding areas if they in fact DON'T!

On a scale of 1-10, they were a 10. They did everything that they promised to do. We were renting a home and they cleaned the chandeliers. The property manager of the home said that they did an excellent job. It was worth the money. I thought their pricing was reasonable. If they were here in the area, I would use them again.

I cannot say enough about them. They are just over the top in professionalism and customer service. They returned my inquiry immediately and each question I posed after that. They arrived on time. They cleaned every inch and every item in my home. All furniture moved and all surfaces cleaned. I have an adjustable bed that is extremely heavy. They moved that and I never heard them move it or put it back in place (my home is 1650 sq ft so normally I hear everything). There were three people here for three or four hours, meaning until the job was done. The condition of the house was poor as I am unable to do any meaningful housecleaning. I have two animals-a long haired cat and a dog. The floors had not been cleaned in two months. They were polite and professional the entire time, despite the condition of the house. I am starting the every other week cleaning tomorrow. I would have no problem recommending them to even the pickiest person. This was such a pleasure. It was so nice to have a clean home again. It is very rare these days to find people who respond immediately to inquiries, and perform exactly as they said they would. She had a contract that totally outlined what would be done and how it would be done. I wish every one ran their business the way that Rosi does.

They did an excellent job. They sent a crew of four people out. Post construction work, so there was dust everywhere and they did a great job. It was through job. We had so much work in the house that everything was covered. It wasn't like just a regular house cleaner coming in but it was a full team and they worked a day long. They were very professional and very detailed. It was expensive but there were three people here for nine hours which was fairly over $10 an hour and they knew what they were doing. We were expecting them at a certain time and my wife had not confirmed the time change, so they were still planning on coming the next day and she got the crew out at 6'o clock in the night and they stayed until almost 1'o clock in the morning. We wanted it cleaned by Friday as we had guests coming next day.

They are awsome. MQ is well managed and very professional. We are blessed to have found them! They also do a very fine job cleaning. We are very happy!

The lady that runs Maid's Quarters Cleaning Service has a very organized operation. If I want something, need something extra done I just have to let her know and its taken care of.

Rosi was absolutely wonderful. Did a last minute job of cleaning my daughter's house - which I'm sure was a nightmare. They never complained - they just went in and took care of it. Rosi was very professional and very responsive. I am going to start using them monthly. I would highly recommend.

We had them come by prior to our cleaning to give us an estimate of time it would take to clean the house. They felt sure they could get most of it done in the time allotted. I returned to the house to find a great deal of the house not even touched by them. We were moving to another house and were hoping they would leave the house in a condition that we would not have to do too much cleaning on it. However, I wound up having to spend a great deal of time, going in behind them and doing much cleaning that simply was not done. The parts of the house that they did clean were done well. However, there were a number of things we were told that would be done . . . that simply were not done.

I located Maid's Quarters on Angie's list, described to Rosi what I needed over the telephone, we booked the first appointment and I was very pleased. She followed up between visits by telephone and the ladies returned today for the second cleaning.

I was not at the home when the cleaning was done, but was happy with the results when I returned.

They are hands down the best. They are awesome. They have fair pricing. The crew they use is very thorough and very trust worthy. When I come home my house is immaculate. When I walk into my house and it is like I am in heaven. They are awesome.
