We worked with Paul. He was high energy, but seemed to care and was very knowledgeable. Paul was on top of our case and very responsive. We ended up using another financing option as it was cheaper and only available to a select few. Paul was honest with us about this option when we got approved and gave it his blessing. He was gracious and professional and we enjoyed working with him and the team. We'll seek them out again on our next investment property acquisitions. Thanks Zeus Mortgage - especially Paul!

Was very professional, very knowledgeable and knew what i needed. I met Zeus representative at an expo. Also, the front desk receptionist was very helpful and made me feel welcomed.

The process started in 3/21 and I expect to be close by end of April. Between myself and the seller agent, Zeus has been telling us a different stories about the process status and the closing date. He waited until 4/18 to order the appraisal and told me the report MAYBE ready by 5/2. And 5/2 is only the appraisal report.....not even the actual closing date which he would not give me. At the end of the day, I found another way of financing the house. I completely lost faith and trust doing business with Zeus I will never use them again.

It was a very smooth process. If I had a question I would call or email my contact there. Kimberly was her name. She would respond quickly. Would use them again for sure.

Started loan process in February 15, 2013, received a pre-approval from them to purchase home. We found the perfect home for us and started the process, met staff at their local office and signed the paperwork. Instructed our loan person that our lease was up on our apartment at the end of April, and we would need to close no later than then, we were told that was no issue. February and March we exchange a few emails back forth as I provided documents that had been requested (never longer than 24 hours for me to return an email or send docs). I didn't hear from our loan person as much as i had felt we should have, and when i felt uneasy i would email, with no response for a couple of days. Every email response was ensuring us not to worry we were on track and everything looked fine. Mid April comes around and we still have not been through final underwriting, as they were requesting banking documents. I am on another mortgage, and was very upfront about this, they said that wasn't an issue all i needed to do was provided 12 months of bank statements showing someone else was paying the mortgage and also provide documents to show i don't live there. I provided those documents to them, they had requested for those documents again and we sent again (they needed a clearer copy),so i sent them to them. We are now about 1 week from our deadline, at which time i tell the loan officer that I should spend this weekend to look for another apartment since i already gave my 60 day notice to my current apartment since i was told that there was no issues with my loan. I was told by my loan officer that wasn't a good use of my time and that everything will work out. Many times we were told that we should get a call at the end of the day, no call... or that we should receive our final approval by a certain day, 2 or 3 days would pass with no final decision or communication. Come April 22nd with no final approval, we get clarification that one underwriter read their rules to say I can be removed from the 1st mortgage i am on, and the second underwriter said that is not what their rules say... this went back and forth for a couple of days... On April 25th i was told that they should get a final approval on Friday the 26th (movers are coming on the 29th). On the 25th I called another mortgage company (Caliber Funding), and spoke to a loan officer and explained our situation, he instructed me that he didn't see why it wasn't closed already and that he could help, I had asked if we could wait until Friday as I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to my current company... He agreed... Come Friday i still didn't have a final approval, so I ended up calling Caliber funding and he worked on my approval... Finally Zues came back with a and quot;holdand quot; on my account until i was off of the other mortgage as they were not going to be able to do my loan with me being on the other mortgage. (In this time the other mortgage was being worked for a refinance for me to be taken off). In this process I met with our loan person in a face to face to express my frustration with this process and the lack of communication and sense of urgency. He was very polite and let me vent and listened to my concerns. I ended up closing on my house on Friday May 24th with Caliber Funding (103 days)... it only took Caliber Funding 21 days to get my loan through the process, yes I had to pay for a second appraisal, but my frustration and time was well worth the headache. I emailed our loan officer (very politely) and explained that as much as i appreciated his efforts that we ended up closing with another company... NO RESPONSE. (not surprised)... PS... we did get lucky, the homeowner allowed us to rent from him until we could get this mortgage mess cleaned up.

David Winters did a great job walking me through my options. He is very local market. Because he already knew me well, my refi went very well.

Ravi Kaku provided a pre-qualification letter when I needed it for a HUD offer. He sent me emails to check on the status and once accepted we made an appointment to continue the mortgage process with Zeus Mortgage. Great guy at Zeus Mortgage!

Before I started working with them the rep told me that they can close my loan in 3 weeks. I had 4 weeks to close. So I felt comfortable with their response and started working with them. Four weeks passed and my closing date approached. But they were still processing my documents. When I asked my rep to give me the owner's number so I could speak to him about the whole issue, he refused to give it. Then the rep said that he will offer me 1/2 % lower rate to and quot;make upand quot; with me as part of and quot;customer satisfactionand quot;. He made me feel that he was somehow able to offer lower rate because I was upset about the whole issue Mortgage rates are decided by the lender and not by the broker. Couple of months later when I questioned him how come he offered me lower rate, he confessed that he had another lender willing to loan me at 1/2% lower rate . ( For reason's unrelated to them my deal fell thru and I did not need the loan money )

I met with Jermarcus Norris about a new mortgage for income property. He made contact with me through an investors website. We talked a few times on the phone. He is very professional, although he is relatively new in the mortgage business, he was eager to please and get answers for me. I elected to meet him prior to committing to do business with him. During our meeting he maintained a very professional attitude. He introduced me to Jackie Sager, one of his associates. Between the two of them, all questions were answered and we are now going forward with securing fund for my income property. Over all experience, I rate both extremely high. And have already recommended my realtor to refer his clients to them. Fees for their service are a little less than what I've found in Dallas. I'm looking forward to finishing this deal, and going on with the next.

I came in completely lost in the save and now i have a cristal clear idea of what to expect.

The service has turned out excellent. I would recommend that they do tighten up on communication with their customers as it has been difficult in touch with them.

Zeus Mortgage made a challenging process much more straightforward and simple. The representatives kept us informed of all steps in the process and any changes along the way. They also supported us with the numerous forms that were required. The approval process was very easy with Zeus Mortgage. Closing on both the purchase and refinance took longer than anticipated, but they were very helpful in explaining where we stood and why we were delayed. I would definitely use them again.

I really enjoyed most of the work with Zeus. They were able to provide a very good interest rate on both loans. However, the team seemed far too busy. It was difficult to get in contact with my loan officer. Sometimes I did not get a call or email back from him for more than a day. Also, their business showed up at closing where there were multiple errors on in the closing documents. We had to rush back and forth to re-sign documents. They are great people with an unbeatable attitude, but they need to slow down and focus on customer needs.

I had perfect credit score ( over 750)...Had good cash reserve in the bank........Yet they kept going in circles and they finally denied my application eventhough they told it was not my fault...........I eventually refinance with another company and the whole process took only 20 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are very good SALES people, however they are lousy at finishing the job. The cost was around $800 in appraisals and field review that was NEVER USED !!!!!!!! AND the cash was NEVER REFUNDED!!!!

They were very easy to work with. They were not high pressure. I will work with them again.

They have been excellent with their communication and how they process their loans. I have had no complains. They are top rated.

When he went through everything he had me sit and wait instead of getting back to me. Everything was high pressure and had to be done immediately. I know a lot of things do need to be done fast, but I didn't want to be pressured into something I didn't want do yet.

He got a real estate agent for us who we like a lot. He has gone above and beyond my expectations. So far we are very satisfied. I would refer him to others.
