We took a quote from them 2 months ago and wanted to schedule the service but because they were busy they gave us after a month.We had an appointment on Friday but they never showed up after waiting one month for appointment in the first place and when we called them they said we do not have schedule for you as it was disappointing as i took off so that they can do the work.
They came on Tuesday and finished the Gutters work at back of home which was ok but waiting and cancellation after so long was not worth.

We contacted Williams Contractor Services based on the Angie's List recommendation. Bruce came out to do the estimate, and was prompt, friendly, and professional. He helped us think through some aesthetic considerations, and recommended that we use diffusers instead of downspouts to avoid disturbing the lines of our home. The work was done promptly. After installation, we noticed one of the diffusers was facing the wrong side of the house; we notified Bruce, and he had the problem corrected quickly and at no additional charge. We are pleased with the result and with the service we received.

We had used Williams Contractor Services for the original gutter install on our main house, and so called them again for our garage apartment and arbor. Bruce was again very easy to work with, friendly and professional, and willing to talk through options that would be functional and aesthetically pleasing. In order to install the gutters on the arbor, we needed to cut back the polycarb sheeting and add a support board -- Bruce explained clearly what we needed to so that we could get that completed by someone else before they installed the gutters. The installation was done promptly and correctly. Afterward, I realized I had forgotten to request that they install screens on the gutters. Bruce scheduled the work and had it completed at no additional charge since the job was so small. We really like working with Bruce "the Estimator" and have since employed him a third time to install gutters at a rental property. The only matter that I find less convenient about the company is that they are not willing to schedule a time frame for installation until the morning of the installation. It would be nice to know in advance an approximate time of installation. Otherwise, job well done!

Company salesman came out to our home to give estimate on installation of gutters. He seemed very professional, gave us some options as well to think about and instructions on faxing paperwork, etc. once we decided on what we wanted. I faxed the completed paperwork two days later, and included a memo outlining exactly what we had decided on just in case so that there wouldn't be any confusion. The company called me several days later to arrange for credit card payment and schedule an installation date. When I asked questions pertaining to my order, I could tell that the person really didn't know what I was talking about and had the order confused. I was told that she would double check and someone would call me back. This was on a Friday. On the next Monday, I find that my credit card had already been charged and I wasn't even sure that my order was correct yet. No one from the comany called me back, and workmen showed up unannounced the following Wednesday afternoon with the wrong size gutters!! I was lucky that I was home and could turn them away. I call back to the company and they are still giving me the run around. Seemed as though they didn't even realize at the time that someone had come out with the wrong size gutters. I'm told that the salesman is on vacation, but someone will check into it and call me back. We are now into the next week and no one called me back so I call again. The person I talk to at the company is very rude and tries to tell me that I already had the work performed, referencing the date that the workers came out (with the wrong size gutters). Of course, no work was completed on that day. Again, I have to plead my case and explain the whole thing over again. Note also that it has been over two weeks by this time since my credit card was charged for the work. I call the salesman direct since the people working for him obviously do not call people back and do not have a clue what is going on or how to accurately read a customer's work order. He is finally able to get the whole mess straightened out and tells me to just call him direct if I run into any further problem. He says that his receptionist told him that I had ordered something else which was not the case. All in all, it took almost a month to get our gutters installed because of all of the trouble. I had retained copies of all of the documents that I had faxed, so I was sure that the order was crystal clear.

Bruce the estimator worked with us to make sure the gutter downspouts did not ruin the look of the wraparound porch, and matched the color of the trim perfectly. The gutters and leaf guards were put on very cleanly and precisely, and have held up well.

Our house is a tall, but a thin, older house. For this reason, the gutters have to work well or we have waterfalls streaming down. Williams replaced the gutters in a little over two hours. The job was done extremely well with high quality gutters. Fortunately, the footage was not that much, so the cost was kept down. They arrived on time and took the old gutters with them when they left.
