The quality of the work is good. There is nothing wrong with the quality of work. The problem is that Joe does not return phone calls. They did my sons yard as well and Joe will just show up when ever he wants to. In the business world you have to be prompt and take care of your customers. They were also taking care of our shrubbery as well. It got to where I had to go out to tell them to lower the blade because grass grows so fast in Houston if they didn't lower it the lawn would look like I never had it cut. I asked George to lower the blade and he said if he lowered the blade it would look scalped. Then just after I had told him that I needed the blade dropped he tells me that they are going to start their bi-weekly appointments which normallly doesn't start until November. When he didn't show up the next week I kept trying to get a hold of him but I have not been able to get him on the phone. He had made some suggestions for the Spring that were trending in the area but they would have been a terrible fit for my landscaping. Since we were never able to get a hold of him we were not able to tell him that we were dropping him and going with another.
