The company completed the work and then had to return about 4 months later to repair/replace some of the tape and bedding. Now on 12/28/23, they returned to review that the same work that had to be replaced. The painter in each job didn't give time for the tape and bedding to dry, before painting over areas. The owner now says it is a problem inside the ceil area not being secure. I ask why this was not checked at the start of the project. Now he wants to check in the ceil area and then give me a cost for repairs. It now has been checked and the sheetrock was found to be secure. I would be very very careful in using Turnkey.

Terrible all around. Bob made a lot of promises and failed to deliver. Bob is very nice as long as you do not challenge him. Ask for him to correct something or question the quality of his work and you will see a very different side of Bob. He operates under Turnkey Paining, INC, and Turnkey Painting and Remodeling. The job began 5-8-23. Bob walked off the job on 6-7-23. Bob promised crews would be onsite ever day. The only person show showed up every day was Gervacio (drywall and paint and maybe trim and doors). The plumber was supposed to be onsite on day one but did not show up until the end of week three. Bob introduced the plumber as his mechanical guy; who does plumbing and electrical. That means he is a handyman, not a plumber or an electrician. The plumber did not do any work until week four. Everything the plumber did is wrong. The toilet outlet pipe is in the wrong place. The tub is not level. The toilet outlet pipe in the master has a low spot. PEX pipes are not properly secured to the walls. The list of items not completed or that need to be fixed is long: Not all walls have drywall. Not all drywall is taped, floated and textured. Drywall is in direct contact with cement foundation. Drywall is installed over, instead of behind, garage door brackets. Bob promised a superior drywall and used a cheaper, inferior brand. Drywall in bathroom and laundry room is not moisture resistant. Cutouts for electric boxes are horrible with huge gaps between box and drywall. Toilet outlet pipe in the master has a low spot. PEX pipes not properly secured to studs. Tub is not level. Doors hung improperly (swing open on their own, swing the wrong direction, too low to pass over a floor tile). Huge gaps between trim and wall above doors and windows. R-15 wall insulation installed in attic (only 1/3 of attic insulated). Installed dog door backwards with lock on outside of house. Corrected the direction and then screwed the rain cap to the bottom of the door. Cut holes in window stools, allowing bugs and air into the house. He refused to paint walls with a roller. He refused to properly install batt insulation as specified in the contract. The list goes on. I asked Bob to fix a wall that bowed. He told me he would. He gave Gervacio clear instructions in English while I was standing there. I later saw the wall was rehung but the pipe was not removed as instructed. Now the wall tilts at least 1.5 and 34; bottom to top. When I questioned this, Bob said he changed his mind. At that point, I assumed that all the mistakes in the previous 5 weeks were not mistakes and all the promises to fix issues were empty. I significantly decreased the scope of work. Bob responded by walking off the job. He sent me an email accusing me of using him, his men, and their talents and throwing them to the street like trash. Even though Bob bid the contract as time and materials, broken down by job (doors, trim, insulation, paint, cabinets, drywall, etc), he wanted me to give him more money based on materials and hours (not job completion). He already has 42K of my money and he said he would walk away without putting a lien on my house in exchange for another 15K. He refused to provide invoices for materials. He told me to keep the wood in the garage and pay someone else to finish the cabinets. He also acknowledged there is not enough wood to even finish the kitchen. I hired them to repair some water stains in 5 rooms that also required some taping and floating in a couple different rooms. They were extremely professional and the owner got right on the project and finished in one day. They also painted and installed a baseboard that had come loose. I am very satisfied with them and would hire them again. Very professional and willing to make sure the client is completely satisfied with the job.

Where do I start. We remodeled our master bathroom, Bob came with a crew on Monday and they demolished the bathroom and did not return until Thursday!!!!! Bob is very poor at communicating and always trying to add extra money, which is the only time I physically saw him. It took almost 2 weeks to complete my bathroom and it still looks incomplete. I would never use this company again. If I could report them to someone I would definitely do that. I fell like I was taken advantage of and that is the most irritating thing ever. I read the reviews on here begI choose this company and it makes me wonder what great work did everyone get because I received the worse experience ever. I wish I could submit pictures of what they left my bathroom looking like. Im pissed and they should be banned. We spent over $8000 and my bathroom looks like a hot mess. I have to clean up their mess. Run dont use this company.

Canâ t go wrong hiring Turnkey to do your siding project!

They did a great job, were here everyday on time and completed the work to our satisfaction.

They did more than painting. I was happy with the quality of the painting, and the with the siding they replaced. When I wanted additional paint samples, they were happy about bringing them, painted a small area, and labeled it with tape. Very helpful.

Bob arrived on time very friendly and extremely professional. We hired Turnkey for our painting requirements.

Replaced on window and door wood trim with hardiplank. (Eight windows, 3 doors). Sanded and painted existing wood around garage doors. Cleaned up afterwards. Efficient and professional.

Crown molding: clean, very good cuts(lots of angles), I'm glad I had paint they did not supply, I would definitely hire them again.

They completed the work in the time that was promised. I was completely satisfied with the work.

They were very nice and took the time to make sure everything would look great.

Rolando rushed his workers too much, so they could not do a good job. He did not check on their progress or craftsmanship daily. He worked hard to find shortcuts , hoping the customer would not discover the shoddy Riggins. When the color of my tile that I thought he had ordered did not appear after a week, he attempted to spray paint the bathroom tile! The dishwasher will now have to be replaced due to the improper method of installation. He expected speed, but I expected good craftsmanship.

Bob was very helpful and responsive. His guys worked hard even through the Fourth of July holiday. Will use Turnkey Painting again for sure!

Great work on siding/roofing and painting repairs. Very pleased.

The project was for a rental house that was left in a very bad condition. I hired Turnkey Projects to do a complete fix up so the house can be put on the market as quick as possible. They managed the complete project which included: paint walls, sheetrock patches, interior door replacements, shower door repairs, repair window leaks, and hardwood floor resurfacing. I highly recommend this company, Bob did an excellent job managing the project making sure that the repairs were done very professional and he was always very responsive. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and their excellent customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bob came over and gave me a written estimate to: *float/skim coat all bathroom walls. *texture all walls *prime and paint ceiling *prime and paint all walls *paint all doors and door casing trim. I stayed in touch with him as the scope of my project changed. He revised his estimate at my request 2 times before I hired him. The day of kickoff, his team showed up early, very nice. We walked everything down, I voiced specifics I wanted to make sure got done and his team got to work. They cleaned up in the evening and showed up promptly the next day. At the end of the project we walked everything down again. They addressed all of my concerns and did a fantastic job. No runs, no drips no splatters and all the brand new tile, grout, granite, glass shower surround, shower stall tile- everything was covered and protected. If there was one thing I could have changed about this project it would be, I should have hired him sooner and just got this done.

Very professional and very thorough. It was a expert repair. They explained everything that they were going to do. They did not try to upsell me on anything. I definately recommend this company.
