Tri County Maids

I had a Groupon a few months ago and was quite pleased with the first cleaning. However, when I had Kyla back it was a VERY different story. Based on her first cleaning I wanted to leave her a larger tip than the $11 which would be left from the $89 flat rate cleaning from a $100 bill. I only had two $100 bills. So I asked her if she had change, and when she said she didn't I went out to get change for the second bill. By the time I got back she was stomping all over the place like someone ****** off and I can only assume that she figured she wouldn't get any tip instead of the large one I had planned; my downstairs neighbors actually complained, and they never complain about anything. While I was gone she did some organizing I hadn't asked for (things were messy, I admit) and somehow a bag of quarters which had been in the top of a coffee can which was out in the open had been organized away. Worst of all, there was unbelievable damage done to a what-not cabinet that was my grandmother's. It had survived countless moves unscathed, but there are now gouges in it, and some damage to the items that were on it, that I can't repair. I certainly didn't tip her, and ended up paying $89 for barely two hours of stomping around and losing about $20 worth of quarters and having an antique damaged beyond repair (I don't have the money that would be required and the antique what-nots on it are irreplaceable) and the cleaning wasn't that good anyway. I would not recommend this cleaning service.
