The Curtain Rod Shop

Awful - would never use again under any circumstances. Worst order experience ever. I placed an order for a specialized bracket, custom curtain rods and coordinating finials from them - after contacting them in advance to find out the exact measurements as the fit was very small where I could mount this set. They provided the key measurement so I placed the order -- $300+ When the order arrived I was disappointed that the key component that I needed the measurement of was NOT as they had told me. It was 50% larger. It would never work. They went back and forth with me for a couple of weeks about how to "tweak" this....but they never seemed to understand that the darned thing was too big and would never fit. Finally they agreed to take the whole bunch back - as I couldn't use any of it if the bracket did not fit. They send me a Return Authorization number and had FedEx pick up the stuff. I confirmed that it had been received. I waited over 2 weeks for the credit on my account -- Nothing. Suddenly they stopped returning calls too. So I had to go through the process with my credit card company to get this refund taken care of -- a lot more trouble and very time consuming. Do not order from these people. They are not honest. They do not do what they say they will. Avoid a huge disappointment and hassle -- shop somewhere else.
