Alberto delivered the siding on June 18, 2014. The job was finished over 6 weeks later on August 2, 2014. For the first couple of days there were several workers here removing the old siding. For the next 4 weeks it was just one man and his son plus an occasional extra worker or two. The workers installed wet siding, they put new siding over severe wood rot, they used rusty nails in all of the trim, they installed the soffits backwards, they did not use a starter strip for the first lap board, they used both blind nailing and face nailing, they countersunk the nails, they caulked the whole house to within an inch of its life, and did just about everything else the manufacturer says not to do thereby voiding the 30 year warranty. After talking with some of the random workers who were here, I discovered that many of them did not even know who Alberto was. They were hired because they responded to an ad on Craigslist from a woman named Mary who never paid them for the work they did. When the job was finished, Alberto's men painted the house...mostly. They didn't bother with door jambs, gutter downspouts that were behind the bushes, or any other areas that were inconvenient for them. When he finally reattached the light fixture next to my back door, it did not work (because it had been sitting in the rain for 6 weeks) and I am still waiting for that to be resolved. On 5 or 6 different occasions, I asked the workers not to leave pieces of siding, wood, or other trash in the grass. I asked them to please keep it on the patio. They ignored me and ended up killing all the grass around the house in the backyard. I tried to do the right thing for the homeowner who lives out of state but my numerous complaints to Alberto Luna and to David Sawicki were ignored.

It was excellent experience. They were prompt, timely, and professional. They utilized my supplies but cleaned up with no mess behind. I would recommend their services and use them in the future.
Description of Work: They replaced our rotted siding and facia board that was also rotted. They also painted the exterior of the home.
