Description of Work: Kept sending us yearly renewal notices for termite control. Came once a year - at least they say they did - to check for infestation, but put no new control product out around the house. Cost went up every year. The insurance was more than a 1-time check costs. For several years we had only their word that they even came to the house.

Description of Work: Service at the house was good. Dealing with the office and scheduling was not. Lost track of how mnay times we had to call the office to reschedule to a Friday when we constantly were telling them to NOT schedule service Mon thru Thurs. Listened to many complaints from the service tech about management as well.

Description of Work: They did more than I expected. In addition to setting up rodent traps, they blocked all possible rodent entrances. I paid more than I expected for their services, but the blocked rodent entrances should prevent future infestations. If I continue to not have rodent problems, the higher cost was worth it.
