Description of Work: I have had terminix do quarterly pest service at my house for the past 11 years. They have done great and consistent service for me. I also have had their termite protection plan for the same amount of time. My neighbors on both sides have had many pest problems inside their houses. I rarely have had live bugs in my house, and when I do terminix comes out and deals with them right away! At no additional charge as part of my ongoing quarterly services. They are great and have taken good care of my house for me!

Description of Work: The service tech was polite & punctual and performed quality work. I did not like the promotion techniques. I was paying for duplicate services and could find anyone to help solve the issue, so I canceled. Last week and will never use them again.

Description of Work: I have used Terminix for many years. They have kept us pretty bug free, as well as you can be in Houston. They are quick to come out for an extra call (which happens very rarely), on occasion I have asked the tech to knock and talk to me when he comes and they did not. Overall I'm satisfied and will continue.

Description of Work: Terminix diagnosed and treated our house for termites. They came out several times because they did not always bring a technician certified to treat termites, only to inspect for termites. However, once a technician with the certification came out he resolved the problem thoroughly and professionally.
