Terminix - Houston -Termite & Pest Control

Description of Work: Terminex took care of our extreme rat invasion a few years ago at a very reasonable rate. They completely cleared out our crawl space under our house and replaced the moisture barrier and all of our insulation. The job was done with a visa even tunnel in place so that none of our living space was contaminated. They are back four times a year to take care of rat traps & spray for spiders & insects. Great service!!

Description of Work: Initial inspection and setting of termite bait stations occurred around June 26th, 2015. Inspector and installer both showed up at the appointed time, which I very much appreciate.

Description of Work: Termix shows up for a quarterly service automatically. They leave me a voicemail of the date and time for the service and a number to call if you need to make a change. This service is easy to use and it works. I do not have problems with roaches/ants etc in the house.

Description of Work: I'd rather they call to schedule inspection with the option to match our schedule and when someone is home, calling/emailing the day before to say they are coming out to do the inspection, I have no way of knowing they actually came or inspected as they claimed to have. too automated a system. Past experience for damage and repair was great service.

Description of Work: We have a pest control contract with them. They come 4 times per year and inspect and spray both the inside and out. They also come once per year to spray and inspect for termites (this is done under separate contract). They always do an excellent and thorough inspection. On February 10th of 2015 we had them install new insulation in our attic. They did an excellent job on this also.

Description of Work: Insecticide was sprayed both inside, and outside, the home. Many dead bugs have been evident on nearly every day since the service.

Description of Work: Treated interior and exterior for roaches and silver fish . They generally tell us when they plan to come out and will treat the exterior only if we are unable to stay at home for them.

Description of Work: They sprayed the outside of the home and checked to make sure that I did not need any service on the inside, for creepy crawlers. They are very nice and professional.
