+ -1 moreMr. Herrera was dispatched to us from our Home Warranty company after a plumber cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling to repair a leak. After receiving instructions from the warranty company he followed up promptly. Made arrangements to carry out the work within a couple of days. He was delayed, by the customer from his previous job, but called at my appointment time to advise me that he would be a little late. Excellent job done on the required work and clean up. Also offered some advice on possible options for an outside addition. Very friendly and would use Mr. Herrera again for other projects.
Description of Work: Hole from plumbing leak was patched, floated and textured.
