0 or negative stars should be an option. Went through Home Depot for a quote on a bathroom remodel, they send out these jokers. Chad, sales dude. Gloated about not using contractors, everyone is a valued employee. They were supposed to install vanities if I provided (they didn't install them) and use "better than builder quality materials". He's nice, very good at his job, sold me on an overpriced bathroom remodel. After that is where the suck started to happen. 2 months after we ordered, still no start date. I ordered black matte fixtures, they wanted to put in oil rubbed bronze. I had to contact them multiple times to get it started. Scheduling was a nightmare, they sent my crew out on different jobs during my job, told me that tiling a tiny secondary bathroom would take 30 days. Claim everything was ready to go. Then they rescheduled last minute 3 times because everything isn't ready, they've scheduled other jobs, etc. How do you not know that you can't start a job on Monday for an additional 2 weeks until Friday before? Keep in mind that I'm having to rearrange my work schedule for this. Donald Castro, Branch Manager offers me $300 for all the inconveniences to be mailed by check after completion. Demo took 2 hours (contractor), next day plumber 2 hours (different contractor), next day inspection, and didn't plan on sending anyone back to my house for another 2 days until I kicked off about it. The actual contractors were great, wish I would have hired them instead of this awful company. Project Manager Bernardo had no clue on what was happening, then he would come in randomly to chat with me about kids and weather while I'm in a meeting. Very obvious, I would tell him I'm busy, he'd still stand there and talk to me about stupid stuff. Can't take a hint. Project comes to a close, there's no shower rod. They never ordered it. The PM says oh, wish I could just go to Home Depot and get you one, but you know we have to order them because of our system. I'm asking why it wasn't ordered 2 months ago when I placed it. So then this dude says he has it and drops this $9 plastic tension rod off on my doorstep that he picked up at Walmart and said the job is officially complete. Not what I was supposed to get. They wouldn't have bothered putting in a real rod unless I called and complained about a $9 Walmart rod. You guys are supposed to be loyal to Home Depot, how dare you?! I asked to see the itemized copy with pricing for everything, still haven't received it. Their local office got involved because I was going to cancel the project before it started (I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH MY GUT). They had me sign a change order that included them giving me a check for all of the setbacks and AWFUL communication, scheduling, etc. Per the signed copy, they were to send it to me 7-10 business days after the project Job was completed 9/27. 11/7 I ask where it is. Four days later, Donald Castro claims it will be sent out Thursday and I'll have end of week. Call back 11/16, still no check. Donald didn't want to talk, some poor soul said he wasn't there. So I went full blown Karen and asked to speak to someone, anyone above him because he's been blowing smoke up my rear for the last 2 months and hasn't done his job (again). Was on hold for a long time, she hung up on me, and then he magically showed up to work and called me. Claims he requested it last week, I have to wait another 2 weeks because accounting is out until end of November. "He did his job, and understands my frustrations", no he didn't, no he doesn't. Comes back to me later in the evening in an email and says he never requested it, my bad. BBB contacted, magically, accounting came back from their 2 week vacation. Stay so far away from this place. You will regret using them. We have done a lot of remodeling on our home, it's older, it flooded. This has by far been the worst experience with a company that I've ever had.

The men were great and did a really excellent job. They also cleaned up after they were through and that went well and all was done in about 7 hours.

The experience was so much better than we expected. This was our first major remodel and we are so happy with the outcome that we are looking at remodeling the rest of the master bath and the guest bath and meeting with Statewide Remodeling again!

Workers were courteous and through. They checked with us every step of the way. The quality of the materials and workmanship were awesome.

It went perfectly. We were asked at each stage if the work was up to our expectations. The installer even did a minor repair which was approved by the main office at no additional cost to us. When you tear down old construction you never know what you might find and there was a small issue that needed work. I have had windows installed in the past and will look forward to upgrading the kitchen in the near future.

They had messed up the orientation of the closet in the beginning, but came back to fix it. Excellent work.

One month to do a semi remodel, they did everything 2 and three times. Total bozos. Don't know how they made any money. Not professional. Took 3 months from start to finish. Contact me for details.

Statewide Remodeling installed vinyl replacement windows and sliding doors throughout the house. Joe and his crew are friendly, helpful and professional. They take pride in their work and do a great job. Easy to work with and consultative in the process.

This was the worse experience my husband and I have had with a provider. They damaged my home inside and outside. They almost killed my puppy on 4 different times. they allowed unauthorized persons in my home, even brought there children to work. Thanks to their employees we had to replace the front door and door frame, buy a new garage door and door opener, have the carpet in the living area, bedrooms and hallways cleaned, replace all the yard lights 3 times. They use my home supplies to complete the work, stole some of our own supplies and tools. This company is awful and I would like to prevent anyone from going through what we went through. I have pictures, text messages and emails. Thanks to this company my husband and I argued and fussed at each other for over six months about this companies work ethics. My mom was at my home and had to endure all of what they where doing while going through cancer treatment. I had to take my puppy to the vet a few times because of them feeding her food she shouldn't been eating. Also they ate food and drank our juice and sodas that were in the refrigerator that was in our garage. This company is dishonest and don't care about you or the job they do...ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IT YOUR MONEY!!! If I knew then what I know now, I WOULD HAVE NEVER LET THE SALES REP IN MY HOME. We have been lied too, stolen from and they don't care. Home depot recommending this company and they don't care either. We signed the completions agreement because we was force too. The compensation received from them was not worth the trouble. All they was willing to do was give us back our down payment and take a small percentage off the master bathroom. They promised to fixed everything that they did wrong with our guess bathroom and refused to do what they promised after we signed off on the master bathroom. This has been the worse situation ever!. I hope no one uses this company. Please believe me when I say that...EVERY WORD OF THIS IS TRUE! And everyone I had to deal with at this horrible company knows it. After the work they did, you would think they wouldn't charge us anything, the paint job was horrible, the floors are not even they are not leveled, the tiles on the floor, tub and shower are off, they didn't grout the tile under our bathroom sink and some much more. I could write a book about everything that is wrong, went wrong and they awful way we were treated. Starting with the sales rep, workers manager's, supervisor's, field managers and so on. This company knows they should do the right thing by us but they won't because they don't care! There is so much more I could say but I will only say, Don't let this company make you a victim.
