 + -1 moreWe asked for a two week completion time (October 2006) and they met schedule. They were on-time, clean, and organized. Every evening they left the home clean and worked utilizing a lock box. The work was first rate, utilizing Sherwin-Williams paints. They were flexible and rolled with our mid-job changes. The final close-out on the job included a detailed discussion of changes and additional charges. Sanchez utilizes a largely Hispanic crew and language can be dicey; however, Salvador is fully capable communicator. He is highly recommended.
Description of Work: I was referred to Salvador Sanchez by a contractor referral service. They provided two additional references from whom I received unreserved recommendations. The bid was for a full house interior paint, including walls, ceilings, trim, doors. The job included removal of wallpaper in a kitchen and three bathrooms, with re-texture on walls. The bid was detailed and fell in the middle between a highly recommended Angie's List contractor and a "bubba" contractor who had done a small job for us previously.
