+ 0 moreWe found Sophia's name through our realtor. We had just re-located to Houston and needed to find a home and get settled as quickly as possible. I didn't have time to coordinate the remodeling we wanted to do on the house, so we hired Sophia to handle the painting and hardwood installation. She hired the crew and oversaw the work done. When my husband and I went to the house for inspection, we were very disappointed. The painters didn't have clean lines where the new paint met the old paint -- we had to point this out to Sophia and have them come back to the house to fix it. Also, the nails in the hardwood trim looked like a 3 year old did it -- the spacing between the holes were random and uneven. In addition, some of the trim pieces were not coated well and looked horrible. She has no eye for detail and quality craftsmanship. We learned our lesson and next time, I'll take the time to oversee the work myself.
Description of Work: We purchased a home and wanted to have the walls repainted and the carpet replaced with hard wood. We decided to have an interior decorator help us, and so we hired Sophia.
