He was responsive and well prepared.

Not always reliable as far as punctuality/reliability. Left subcontractor unsupervised to do a lot of the work. Having to redo some of the tile work on counter because drawers will not open.

Nice man and he arrived on time. We were somewhat surprised when he said that he didn't do caulking repair as a business. He said that he did primarily concrete work, foundation work and welding. He said that he was doing what we wanted to offset the lack of business in his specified areas. I wondered what kind of job he was going to do for us since our work did not fall within any of his work areas. We soon found out. The repair lasted about 4 weeks. Needless to say, we were not happy.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service, but I did not feel the work was real professional. The caulking smeared a lot and looked like something I would do. The work was done shortly after I purchased the Big Deal. He bought some caulking and that sort of thing. The price was okay.

I called Mr. Bush when I realized my house had some serious structural problems. He did a great job fixing it up with heavy structural work. The job was done quickly and well for a fair price.

He did very well, and the job went rapidly. He even allowed me to watch him work. The price was reasonable and I'm pleased with the work. He was also very nice and personable.

I was very pleased with him. He did a super job and was fast.

Shelton responded the same day I requested the service. He was very punctual and worked fast. I ordered a part for the door that was actually the wrong part but he was very knowledgeable and was able to repair the old part and reinstall it. He is very friendly and professional. I very happy I found him on Angie's list.

The service was okay. Sheldon Bush, the owner of the company, was fine. He was a nice guy and I liked him. I paid an additional $7 for the taxes. Sheldon was an okay guy and I would not say anything bad about him. The price was also fine since it was an Angie's List special. The quality of the work was also fine. The only issue was his responsiveness since he did not get back in touch with me for a while but once he got here, it was great. Maybe I would use them again in the future.

Mr. Bush came out on a last minute call to replace a strip of board and screen door on a storage house. He was very professional and did an excellent job.

It went fine. There was additional for the supplies, he went out and got. It was $20 for the caulk. He did his job. He came in and work but he's busy a lot on his cell phone because he's got a lot of work coming in so he has to take calls outside to set up is work. That's the only thing I could say that was kind of on the bad side.

He was very nice on the phone, worked hard to fit me in right away. He was very nice and easy to work with.

He was excellent, he did an outstanding job, he was punctual and I would highly recommend him. I was very pleased with him. We had 3 different bids, his not the highest or the lowest, but he was the most experienced and sounded like he knew what he was doing.

The job went very well. I bought this as a big deal and was very happy with the outcome and professionalism. After contacting him, he explained everything he would do. We set a date, which I had to reschedule. On the day of the work he called several times to let me know his estimated arrival time. He came to the house, looked at the job and went to get the supplies. The charge of the supplies was much less than I anticipated! After he completed the job, he clean up the area. He also took the time to explain a few things to me, related to the job, I was not aware of.

Sheldon came out and gave me a very resonable bid for the work that was needing to be done. Once we agreed on the day he would start the work he assured me I would have nothing more to worry about. He and his assistant showed up on time and were ready to get the job done. They worked very hard the first day in establishing all of the post work that had to be done to set up the fence. The next day they worked at double time to get the fence up and replace the planking. I was told by my neighbor who was watching them that at one point they took down some of the work they already had done. It turns out that Sheldon was not happy the way it looked so he started over. He is very thorough and very precise about the shape and size of everything. I will use Sheldon in the future and also recomend him to anyone else reading this review or needing work done arounfd their home.

I thought it was expensive to just use some material around the edge of my shower. Sue W

He is a very good fella and is very polite. He is also a good handyman and I am going to be using his services for my handyman work.

I emailed to set up an appointment and it took several days for a response. He had a last minute cancellation so was able to come by. He came by to assess what was needed. My shower grout is an uncommon color so he went to the hardware store to see if he could match the color and purchase the needed caulk. He was not able to find a match, which I told him was fine since it was more important to me to have the repair done than to be a perfect match. Once he got to work he moved quickly and was responsive when I pointed out a few areas to touch-up. He even sprayed a few cracked tiles with sealant. The price of the big deal only included labor so I paid him cash for the materials he had to purchase, although I had to ask if I could keep the leftover caulk which only seemed fair since I paid for it.

I bought a coupon on April 16th. I called and left a message with my phone number. When I had not heard back from him, I e-mailed him on May 1st and have still not heard from him.

Sheldon Bush from SB Home Maintenance And Improvement did a good job on the grouting itself and the actual work was good. However, we had an Angie's List coupon that he wouldn't accept even though it said good for any new client service. He said it didn't count on patios but it didn't even say that. He mixed his grout in our yard and left it there so it ruined part of our grass.

It went just fine. I am happy with the way it look.

I called Mr. Bush six times and texted him the entire morning I had taken off from work. He called me two days later. He was still 1.5 hours late. He gave three different excuses of why he had missed the original appointment. The quality of his work was only fair. Better than what had been there but not clean. He also used silicone caulk rather than grout.

Sheldon arrived promptly, assessed the work needed, bought supplies and carried out the job very efficiently. It wasn't a huge job but we were very pleased with the work.

No problems...excellent response, punctual on working date, pleased with work quality
