 + -1 moreHe comes once a week and once every two weeks in the wintertime. We pay him $45 and our plot is about 3 quarters of an acre. I use him a lot. He has got one of his workers there that does extra stuff for me. He also does very well.
Description of Work: He is our lawn man.

 + -1 moreLEFT TWO MESSAGES FOR THIS BUSINESS TO CALL ME. NEITHER CALL WAS RETURNED. VERY DISAPPOINTED, ESPECIALLY SINCE HE WAS SO HIGHLY RATED. THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH ANGIE'S LIST. SURE HOPE IT GETS BETTER THAN THIS!

Description of Work: Grind a stump. But I have used Mr. Sanchez on several occasions for various yard construction projects. He charges fair prices and does excellent work. He has always been very responsive to my requests. The only down side is a result of his success: he is very difficult to book. But once you have him, he is a pleasure to do business with.

 + 0 moreHe was on time. He came out and gave me a quote quickly. He installed it on time. He kept me informed of any changes in scheduling. He completed it just like he said he would. He did an excellent job of replacing the sod. I was very pleased. He came back out to retrain me. He explained things and cleaned up after himself. I thought that his pricing was fair.
Description of Work: Sanchez's Landscape installed a new irrigation system.

 + -1 moreThey are always on time. They are prompt, they are here every week. They always do everything they say they will do. I have never had a problem. Their English is not the greatest. I have been using them on a weekly basis for several years.
Description of Work: They mow the yard and trim my bushes. They have also made a few flower beds for me and tilled my vegetable garden.

Description of Work: Mr Sanchez was not too accessible. We called him on 2 occasions for an estimate. The first time he said to call back Sat am, and he will come right over. When we called Sat am, he said he will call us back but never did.

 + -1 moreSaleador returned my call and came around to give an estimate to mow my lawn. His prices were very good and he explained how he would trim the shrubs and edge and clean up for the price. The lawn job was scheduled on the spot and Saleador was well prepared. He did an excellent job, cleaned the yard up real well and left it in great shape.
Description of Work: Saleador came to my home and mowed my lawn, trimmed my shrubs and edged the grass. He also cleaned up all the loose cuttings and bagged it up and swept the driveway and patio.
