S & G ENTERPRISE A CLEANING SERVICE

Stephanie cleaned very well. I would expect her to arrive around 9:30-10:00am. However, she was several hours late for most appointments. Very often, I had to call her to find out why she hadn't arrived. Sometimes, she called me to tell me why she was late. Most times when she was late and I talked with her, she would tell me that she was on the way or getting ready to leave for my house and would be here in 15-30 minutes. However, In most cases, it would be another hour before she arrived. Because she arrived so late and typically took about 4 hours to clean (which she did very well), I would be stuck at the house almost all day. Finally, she just didn't show up for an appointment and that's the last I heard from her.

Aside from punctuality, I was very happy with the quality of the work performed. Stephanie is very professional and was respectful of my home. Items were moved and fully dusted, not just dusted around. The floors were very clean. My husband said the house actually sparkled and smelled fresh. The issue with punctuality was the appointment was set a week in advance for 9 A.M. Received a call at 10:30, with actual arrival at 11:45. This would be a concern if I had an appointment and would not have been available to let into the house for 1st time home orientation.

They really stuck with cleaning my house until it was done. It needed it badly and they did a great job for me. They followed instructions very well and went above and beyond. I could not believe this service was so cheap with them.

I that that her schedule can be very flexible and that her rates are pretty good. I pay her a flat rate every week when she comes. I don't think that there is any thing bad that I could really say about her, I just know she cleans my house really well when she is here.

She wasn't very interested in talking with me when she found out where I live.

Stephanie's lateness - and failure to call to alert me in a timely manner - signaled to me that she did not value my time or my business. When I said that her anticipated arrival more than an hour later than she was originally scheduled was not going to fit in my schedule, she offered to reschedule - for more than a week later. This continued to show that she didn't value my business and I elected not to reschedule her and find someone who is more professional.

Great! Very reliable, professional, friendly. Best cleaning our house has had. Great communication and professionalism.

I am very hesitant to even submit this report for fear of losing Stephanie to others. However, to be fair to this company, I have to report how impressed I am. Stephanie cleaned my house for the first time yesterday and is scheduled to clean my home every other week. She did a remarkable job. I have just moved into my 3700 square foot 2 story home and this was the first time it was cleaned since moving in 2 months ago. It feels wonderful to now come home to literally a spotless home. Everything, and I do mean everything, was cleaned, from the pictures on the wall to knick knacks on the shelves, to the wooden floors and staircase. Her price of $80 was very reasonable, but in all fairness to her, for the first cleaning (because it was so dirty) I gave her additional compensation. Stephanie seems honest and trustworthy. I look forward to writing additional favorable remarks about this company after additional experience with them. I did find this company on Angie's list.

Very good work, professional, polite. went out of their way to assure we were satisfied. We will continue to use their service. Reasonably priced.

I am very pleased with their work and performance. They are very trustworthy and friendly. Appointments are kept on the day scheduled, and if there is an emergency and I need to cancel my appointment, they set up a new appointment as soon as possible.
