Description of Work: We dealt directly with the owner. Employee laying tile was absolutely incompetent, completed less than half the work in six weeks, and stole valuable and sentimental property. Owner failed to complete the promised removal, failed to provide assistance in pursuing our property, and refused to repay our 50% down payment in compliance with a small claims case judged in our favor. Home office in Pittsburgh failed to assist in our refund; they never called back after several inquiries. Never do business with Ed Stumpf or Dave Henc, or any business with Roth and Carpet or Flooring in the same name. | |Note also that the Hempstead Highway address is false. That location is a Shaw store, not Roth. This is a company difficult to find, let alone procure acceptable services from.
