Radiant Cleaning answered my call and set up my cleaning for the next day. Two very nice ladies came and immediately set to work making my home clean and tidy. I was so pleased with the result.

The person they sent to me was inexperienced and careless. Because of some communication error, instead of coming at 9 am, she came after 12. I credit Radiant for trying to rectify this, but, the cleaning did not work out. The person cleaned for 2 and a half hours and then claimed to be finished and left. This was not what Radiant promised.

The worst experience ever! I was quoted a price over the phone for a post construction clean. The house cleaner showed up around 2p as scheduled, looked around the house and gave an estimate time of completion between 8:30p and 9:00p. My family and I left the house after making an agreement with the cleaner to call us 30 min. prior to completing the job and we would head back. At which time she said we would do a walk through and make sure everything was satisfactory and if need be she would correct anything we desired to be corrected. It was well after 8:30p and we had not heard from the house cleaner so we decided to head back to the house to see what was happening. We arrived to find the house not cleaned, trash swept in the middle of the floor, and our house unlocked with all brand new appliances free for anyone to steal. I reached out to the house cleaner and owner. The cleaner didn?t answer the phone but eventually responded that the job was too big for her since the owner did not send a second person, and she had a family emergency and had to leave. I told her she should have called us and notified us that she had to leave instead of leaving our home unlocked. The owner eventually replied to my calls and text with a text, stating that the job was more than a light clean, which he stated is what I was quoted for. However, I requested a post construction clean which was what was on my confirmation as wells at time of booking the owner stated he would be sending two people. He agreed to refund my money, however, I was stuck with an unclean house the day before our move in. Furthermore, I was outraged that he as the owner nor the house cleaner notified us that they were not going to complete the job and left our house open-unlocked for hours. We had to discover on our own that the job was not being completed and that our home was open/unlocked. This company is absolutely the worst and lacks integrity.

The cleaning was done very well and the customer service was great! The pricing was just too high for my budget . I was in need of cleaning due to an event otherwise I probably wouldâ ve gotten other estimates.

They were on time and they listened to instruction

They are soo horrible. I hired them the deep cleaning.. but All The sink on the bathroom still have a stain and the cabinet still greasy.

Great service. The provider, Keisha, was punctual, courteous, polite and really seemed to care that we were satisfied with the work. I highly recommend this company.

Shae and Wil did an excellent job of cleaning out my refrigerator and big freezer. I am very happy about that. The only thing I was disappointed in is that I was expecting the rotten and spoiled food to be hauled away. Instead it was put in my trash can outside and it stinks to high heaven. The city won't pick it up until next week. In the meantime we have nowhere to put our other trash.
