Description of Work: I was not happy with the service I received from Preventive Pest Control. They sprayed the inside and outside of my house, but within a few weeks it seems like all of the bugs came back. I have since purchased my own industrial strength chemicals from Amazon.com and applied them myself, and finally have my pest problem under control.

I'm on a contract with them. I pay them quarterly. We had some ants and we don't have that problem any more. They will work with me on whatever problem I am having at the time. They will take extra care to control issues such as spiders. I can talk to them and tell them if I am having any problems and they respond well to that.

They come out once in every quarter. The overall work went really well, and I have no complaints. They are very accommodating. They call me and are here at time. They let me know what day they are going to be out here. If I'm not here, they just leave a message and show up the day they would be coming. I never had a problem with the bugs, since the time I have used them. Their price was fair.
Description of Work: I used service from Texas pest control to spray around the house like sidewalks on 15th of this month. They did a granule treatment in the yard and took care of termites.

I have used this company for 6+ years. They come every 2-3 months. If you see bugs, you just call and they usually arrive within a day or two and spray again. I have been satisfied with their service.

Everything has always been fine. I never see any more bugs. Occasionally, I may see one or two. That is no biggie. Compared to what it used to be like. I am very happy I chose to go with Preventive. I have never felt as if I have been deprived for any reason. The pricing is not to extreme. The chemicals they use, they don't smell too bad. I never encounter any headaches. I probably keep them around for a while. The technician did a good job.)*

Unfortunately, their work did no good. They also put some black gooey stuff in the corners of my white tile kitchen, and nevertheless, I saw roaches again a week later. They came twice to try to correct their work, but the second time was no better than the first. We'd never hire them again.

When we first called Preventive about the problem, we asked if they could get rid of the spiders and webs. They said yes, without a question. After several visits the spiders still existed, and the webs were spreading to other parts of the house, including the windows. If they could not do the job, they should have been honest, instead of charging us a lot of money. Preventive was replaced.
Description of Work: Preventive Pest Control was hired to eliminate an outdoor spider, that creates massive amounts of spider webs on the wood siding.

I am very disappointed! It was only two or three weeks after they were here and I began seeing bugs again. I was so disappointed. I almost cancelled my services with them. I could not believe I saw the bugs in that little time. The job they performed was not successful at all. I feel their company is just a scheme. I will never hire them again in my life.
Description of Work: I had hired Preventive Pest Control to come and spray a barrier around the yard. The purpose for the spraying was to keep the bugs out of the house.
