The young man that performs the extermination work here is very thorough and addresses all the issues concerning pests. Great service.

Tech called to alert us he was running late. Tech showed up late afternoon and got the job done.

Sales person was terrific. Explained everything in detail. This is a home we are renovating and selling. He explained how we could do the initial treatment and then maintain a monthly fee which we can transfer to new owners without initial fee repeating. Service is very good. Monthly fee is very reasonable $35 plus tax.

They are fabulous. We have had them for about 15 years. They originally started out as a company bought out. They are wonderful. Very Thorough and courteous. clean, courteous. The price is average, what everyone else.

We used Amity for over 8 years.  For most of those years, the service was great and very professional.  The technicians were always on time, friendly and professional.  The problems began a little over a year ago and seemed to coincide with a change in ownership of the company by Presto-X.  The service by the office staff dropped dramatically.  On several occasions, I had a difficult time getting a hold of someone in the office to change the time of a service call.  Around that time, I changed my contract and the frequency of the service calls. This led to my being quoted one price over the phone but being charged a different price when the technician showed up for the service call with the updated contract.  I noted the discrepancy to the technician and he modified the updated service contract and only charged me the amount which I had been quoted.  I had also changed the service from both interior and exterior to just exterior since I have a young child who is crawling around the house and often putting things in his mouth.  The agreement was that they would continue to spray the exterior of the home and bill me through the mail for the service.  This is when the major problems began.  The very first bill through the mail included a charge from the last service call where they said I under paid them due to the discrepancy between the quote and what they listed in the contract.  I called the office and noted the mistake.  The office staff apologized and told me the excess charge would be removed from my bill and they would send me an updated bill.  I received  the updated bill and it still had the excess charge on it.  I continued to call and try to get the problem solved and raised the issue to management.  After leaving several messages with the office staff for the manager to call me (he was never in the office and never called back), I finally was able to speak with him and he again apologized for the mistake.  He agreed to remove the excess amount from my account and send an updated bill.  Over three months later, after I moved to a different city, the correct amount was billed to me which I paid immediately so I could put the whole mess behind me.  What is worse is that I had recommended this company to my sister-in-law and she also had a bad experience with Amity which led her to change to a different company.
Despite years of good service from Amity and their good technicians, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone with its current management.

They come out every month. They will spray inside if we need for them to. They are a great company. Their service has been very good. They are professional and prompt. We have not had any termites in twenty-five years. Their prices are good.

I have used them for ten years, and they came out every quarter, and I am happy with them. I paid $78 a quarter, and we had a termite contract for $130 a year. I had an issue with ants, and they came back several times until they took care of the issue without charging me for each visit. I have always been satisfied with their service, and I would recommend them to other people. I am going to be using the future.

We have been using them for ten years and we have always been pleased with them.  They are thorough and they do a really good job.  When the fellow came out for our inspection, he told me a couple of places that I should clean out because they are a breeding ground for termites; I really appreciated that.  We don't use anyone else but I am assuming that their prices are in line.

They were great and thorough on the proposal. They provided a lot of detail. They were on time, efficient and their pricing was very competitive.

I have been using Amity Pest Control for several years now and have been very happy with their service.  They call the day before the scheduled appointment to remind me of the planned arrival time.  Then they call the day of the appointment to let me know they are on their way.  Upon arrival, they ask me if I have had any particular pest problems, then they apply the pesticides and take care of whatever other pest problems that I have had.  They are very polite and courteous and attentive to details.  I haven't had any ant or roach problems in years because of their services. They solved the termite and mice problems at my rental property on only one visit.  Their prices are fair and they are up front if additional costs will be involved.  I highly recommend them for preventative pest control and specific pest treatments.

All in all, the service is very good.

Amity responded promptly to my request for an inspection. The rep seemed professional and knowledgeable. The workers were dispatched as promised. After the treatment was done I had a concern about whether the treatment was applied thoroughly to all the peers under my house. The rep returned and showed me that it was. I was very happy with the job.

I called on Friday, and they came out on Saturday. (We'd found what looked like termites in our upstairs hall on Thursday, so we appreciated their prompt service.) They said that they were carpenter ants, and told us that the treatment for them would be the same as for the termites, so it would be good to treat for both. They got right to work the same day. We felt comfortable leaving before they were through. When we returned, everything was back in place and neatly cleaned up.

Amity Termite & Pest did a real good job exterminating the roaches and ants that I had in my home. They came over and took a look at what needed to be done. I was worried that it would take a long time, but they got the job done in about half a day, so I was pleased. They were polite and professional. They also called back to check up on my home.

Basically, Amity comes to my home every six months and sprays for termites. They come in and do their thing. Every time they come it is the same guy, I think I had a different guy one time. I trust him to be in my home because we have grown to know him. The termites were gone the first time, but with the contract Amity still comes every six months.

They come out on a routine basis to spray for termites. We have an annual contract with them. We had a severe termite problem and since they started coming out the termites have disappeared. Their always on time and they do a great job. I feel good about recommending them to my friends.
