Description of Work: They replaced all of the rollers on both doors, aligned them, and replaced the springs. They performed all of the work in a timely manner, cleaned up, and both garage doors have performed flawlessly since then.

Description of Work: I called to get information about a new door; the guy who came only gave me one option, no literature about other options. I called them back and asked for another sales rep to come with more door options. A new guy came and gave me other options and I ordered one. What came didn't well, but the salesman, who was also the installer, noted I needed some trim and was going to order it. It was never done and there was no follow up; therefore, no trim. |It's a nice looking door, but in well under a year, the spring tension has loosened and the thing won't stay up unless you prop it up.

Description of Work: Replaced garage door opener and all working parts, except door panels. We have a Wayne-Dalton door that came with an opener they made specific to their doors, iDrive system, which is no longer made or supported with parts. This was the third company we called and their rep, David, came out that day to explain all our options. After we researched the information, we went with the best and called the next morning to set up the appointment. They came that afternoon and installed the system. We are very satisfied with the installer and rep from Precision, both Davids!

Description of Work: a young man came out and quoted about $400. for a new garage door opener. |When the installers came they said , we also needed new cables and the cost was $900. and it took 4 hours. 3 days later, the doors were making a racket when it was opened. They came back the same day I called and fixed the noise. It is very quiet and we are now happy with the opener.
