Description of Work: Hired Agapito to repaint most trim areas and some of the main body of our new home's exterior after the seller had not prepped the painted areas properly and had chosen improper paint/stains for the exterior surfaces, resulting in peeling and blistering. He sanded to the wood and repainted. Used Sherwin Williams paints and our home looks beautiful again. He provided samples of color choices in large examples and was patient as we decided. Agapito worked carefully and did a good job. We would hire him again.

 + 2 moreA neighbor recommended Piti to me and I am so glad. He is unobtrusive, extremely pleasant, and an extremely hard worker - taking only a 30 minute lunchbreak and working about 9 hrs a day. At one point he delayed Sunday work until Monday so we could be away at work because the paint fumes were strong. He next proceeded to the deck, power washing and sealing it. He won't stop until all is perfect. The work took 4-1/2 days total. He saw some minor things that he wanted to do that I had not originally asked for and also I asked him to do a couple of small jobs - all of these 6 things were not in the original estimate. Yet he refused to charge for , stating that they were insignificant.
Description of Work: Piti did the following work for me in small dressing room, bathroom, bedroom, and small hall. Removed wallpaper on dressing room walls, carried out minor repairs on sheetrock, painted everything in the above-described rooms, including closet interior and shelving, He also restored a deck that was covered with mildew - disgusting. He power washed and sealed the deck, which now looks like new.
