After getting some water damage in our house, we brought in three companies to get estimates for the repairs. Picazo Remodeling submitted the lowest estimate -- low enough that I was actually hesitant to hire them. I have learned (usually the hard way) that you usually do get what you pay for. However, the overwhelmingly positive reviews here persuaded me to hire them for the repairs. We were not disappointed. While the repairs took a little longer than initially estimated, we had no problems with scheduling and the finished work was excellent. In particular, we had a built-in computer desk that had been damaged by water and needed to be rebuilt. The desktop had not been damaged, and we had hoped to be able to reuse the top, and just rebuild the rest of the desk. Other contractors had been doubtful about being able to reuse the top, saying that it had probably been installed in a way that it could not be removed without getting damaged to the point of being unusable. One company tried to persuade me that we should just plan on replacing it with a granite top. Memo had no trouble reusing the desktop as we had asked. The new computer desk -- along with the walls and other repairs -- look perfect. Based on the price, the quality of the work, and the ease of scheduling I highly recommend Picazo Remodeling. I will not hesitate to call them in the future when we need other work or repairs.

Excellent work. Even though they stated 2 days were needed, he finished in one day. Good quality result. Company Husband English skills are a bit lacking, so communications were just OK, but overall recommended.

Scheduling for initial consultation was easy and timely. They showed up on time and look at the project/job on hand that needed to be done. Had two walls repaired/replaced at home and work was fabulous. Walls on the family room and laundry room were repaired. We also hired them to repaint and make minor cosmetic changes on the drywall. Very detailed and excellent job on the painting. Does an excellent job on everything, even minor details. They also changed our door for the laundry room and also changed the carpet for our family room. Their work is better than the installers hired by the big home improvement stores. They are willing to work around your schedules and we are comfortable with them working inside our home. Very quiet and respectful and they take pride in their workmanship and job that they do. We are very glad to know them and would hire them again for our future projects in our house. We highly recommend Picazo Remodeling to anyone who needs remodeling work in their homes.
