Routine treatment for my house. He has been treating my house for 5 years now. He is very good. I really like him. I would not let anyone else treat my house, when he had surgery. I trust him, and am comfortable with him.

He is good. I like him. I will use no one else for treating my house. I trust him completely. I will not use anyone else.

I have a real good arrangement with them and they have really helped us out. The experience has been great. They got rid of a really nasty ant problem we had. We had ants coming out of the electric outlets. Our home had been empty and they moved. It was a very, very positive experience with Orkin. They got out here right away. They explained things and solved the problem. Their prices are competitive. I would absolutely use them again.

My husband and I had come back from visiting my father to find that the house had been taken over by fleas. Apparently, there had been a problem in the yard and since the house is up for sale, those that had come to see the house had innocently brought them in with them. We could stand in the house and watch our jeans turn black, so we immediately called Orkin. At first the staff setting up the treatment was very helpful explaining our options and sending the technician out that same day, 4/20/2012. When he got their we signed paperwork for a one time treatment of the house, we already knew we would be moving out since we are not the owners, and he proceeded to explain that this included agree follow up within 30 days if the problem continued. The technician sprayed and we vacuumed everyday for over a week but saw little improvement. At this point I tried to recontact the technician at the phone number he gave me. I called at least three different days over the span of a week and got no call back. I finally had to call Orkin's direct line so that they could contact the technician for me. He then told me that it was too soon to do a follow up and we just needed to wait at least another week. We called back the following week and informed the technician that things were still terrible and unlivable in the house but I could not be the one there anymore because we had found out I was pregnant, instead the owner's daughter would be handling the spraying but that it was still for the follow up, we were told that was fine and they would gladly work with them. On 5/18/2012, after a long battle of calls going unanswered by Orkin from the owner's of the house, they were finally able to convince the technician to come out and spray again, he kept randomly taking days off so he couldn't spray or set up appointments. When the technician got there he told their daughter that it was outside the 21 day policy and it would cost $98.51 to do the spraying. She argued with him and refused to pay because the paperwork had said 30 days. She was told that was fine and that payment did not need to be made immediately but that the technician would call me to figure out the discrepancy, I never received any such call. The following Monday, 5/21/2012, my husband and I were notified from our bank about a charge made from Orkin for $98.51, an amount I had never authorized anyone to charge. When I called Orkin they told me it was to pay for my bi-monthly service, this would not have even been a bi-month. I explained that I had not signed up for that service and this was a fraudulent charge, I had never authorized it. They lady on the phone told me that she would have the service department call me first thing in the morning and she was canceling the service immediately. The next day, 5/22/2012, I finally called Orkin myself, again. Iwas told the same thing the girl had told me the night before but rather than offer to help get the charge removed their representative just kept explaining that I had signed up for this and their technician had sprayed the Friday before. I finally asked for the service department where a young lady explained all over to me again that this was the serviceI had signed up for. I informed her that the paperwork I had signed was for a one time only treatment and that this was not authorized by me. Finally, after about 10 minutes of arguing she said she would pull the paperwork and I was placed on hold. As soon as she had returned to the phone her entire demeanor had changed. She told me that they would be refunding the money and wanted to know if there was anything else she could do for me, I had to ask what the paperwork said, and was informed that I had intact only signed up for the one time payment with a 30 day follow-up, I had to ask for this information, she did not offer it. I asked her what would be done because at this point this was fraud on Orkin's part and the technician, I was told that was an outrageous idea, no fraud had been committed, and that no one had told them it was authorized the payment just got made and my card was not compromised despite the fact that their technician had told them which card to charge. This was outrageous to me, since the technician had asked for payment, had a copy of the paperwork indicating what I had paid for and yet still told Orkin that this needed to be charged to that particular card, and I had to argue with multiple people before any one would even look up the paperwork that explained everything. I finally asked for a manager and the lady told me she was intact the office manager, and at 10:30 in the morning her branch manager had stepped out for lunch and would not be back for an hour and a half, but she would have him call me, I still have yet to receive any call. This has been the worse experience with any company that we have ever endured and will absolutely never use Orkin again and will always steer friends as far away from them as possible. - I did finally hear from the Orkin branch manager, and I do have to say he was extremely helpful. I explained the situation and my frustration with the customer service. He was apologetic and even said that he would personally address the customer service issues they obviously had in their area, he then refunded all the money we had paid for all of the services rendered. He is now working with the owners of the house to fix the flea problem in their house, but I do not know how that issue is being settled. I appreciate his help immensely, but I still would not recommend this service to my friends, not for all the hassle we went through.

They are more concerned about their payment than doing the job. I signed up for a year s contract with them. The person who came out, did not do any work, but left a note stating that the work was completed. I complained about it, but did not get a proper response from them. It has been an unpleasant experience with them.

I think they did a good service for us. We have not had any pests issues to speak of. We liked their good reputation. They were very nice and helpful; to us. We felt they took good care of our needs and wants.

I have stayed home from work three times and was stood up every time. My husband is the only one who has seen the man and has had to turn him away when he showed up two and a half hours late, with no phone call, during the evening. The only reason we are still with them is that we signed a contract. I do not feel that they have taken our ant problem seriously. The ants were in the kitchen, the pantry, the dining room, and a bathroom and after six months of treatment, the ants seem to be gone (which is why they have mostly C's).

Price was moderate to high. I think they had good service. We wanted something further done with pest and not termites. They were a little hard to schedule for that but the person that comes out is fine and we are happy with them. They are good. They come out quarterly to spray.

The exterminator arrived a little late, but made up for it by finishing the job quickly. He was very nice, and extremely clean. Even though he had not been to this house before, he knew exactly where it needed to be applied. The job was finished in forty-five minutes. Since then Orkin has not been late, and we have not seen any insects inside of our new home.

They are very trustworthy, and have friendly people. It is important to me that they guarantee their work, which they do. If a pest comes back, they will keep coming back till its gone. They are very flexible on scheduling, and most of the time have same day service.

Orkin answered my call quickly & came around to give me a price. They told me I would save money by agreeing to a one-year contract. They did all right with the first application, but afterwards it wasn't so good. There were times when I was at work & they couldn't spray the inside, but they charged me for it anyway. I cancelled the agreement & I will never use them again.

DURING THE 12 MONTH CONTRACT THEY WERE ONLY AVAILABLE TO TREAT THE INDOORS ON 2 OCCASIONS. MY CALLS WERE NEVER RETURNED. THE OUTSIDE ''SERVICE'' WAS POOR AS THEY LEFT WASP NESTS AND SPIDERS ALIVE.

THEY HAVE BEEN DOING EXTERMINATION AT MY HOUSE FOR APPROXIMATELY 8 YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE SERVICE AND ARE VERY OVER PRICED FOR ANNUAL EXTERMINATING SERVICE.

THE SERVICE WAS TOO EXPENSIVE. THEY ARE NOT VERY DEPENDABLE.

ORKIN DID A GREAT JOB. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY MORE TERMITES. THEIR PRICES SEEM A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THE QUALITY IS ALSO HIGH.
