Organix Cleaning

On the recommendation of a friend, we left our cleaning service in favor of Organix. They were brand new and we liked the idea of helping out an upstart. The cleaning was good, not great, but we knew this would be the case and was willing to work with them. The owner encouraged us numerous times to give him feedback on things he / they could do differently and we provided such when we felt it was needed. We used Organix for just about a year on this principle and slowly, over time, things improved and we recommended Organix to two of our friends. The owner even went as far to buy us a baby shower present! That changed yesterday. A new woman had been cleaning our home and my wife, like she always did and at the encouragement of the owner, let them know about a few minor issues she found after our last cleaning. She received a text message from the owner, not a phone call, that "the best thing to avoid future disappointment" would be for us to use another cleaner. He followed that text up with another, saying "the only time we get acknolewdegment from you it's negative". Sadly, we will be going back to our old cleaning service. It seems that continued business and recommendations of their service to close friends was not enough for the owner. Hopefully, things turn around here as they have a solid business model and we wish them future success.
