They were the only ones I could get to come out on short notice. I was doing a shower renovation and when we took the tile out we found the people who had built the house hadn't put a proper tray in and it's a dirt floor. I had to stop construction and wait until the people could come out. They gave me a pretty good middle of the road quote. They were prompt. I didn't have any problem. They were really nice.

I have used Northwest Pest for many years and have a quarterly contract with them. My exterminator is Roosevelt and I cannot begin to say enough good things about him. He is totally professional, friendly, efficient, and always on time.

They were great. They came out quickly and were efficient. Kept me informed during the whole process and were reasonably priced.

They were pretty good. At first I did not think they were responding as quickly as they should because I had some problems communicating with them but in the end they came around and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I think some of it might have been my fault because I may not have been communicating with the right person or directly with the person we should. Once I got hold of the guy who actually came out and worked with me he turned out to be pretty good. They did what they could. Their price was good but sometimes they did not call me back when they should have.

I had the house exterminated for existing termites several years ago and was lead to believe it was a complete job that was covered under a warranty. I was also lead to believe that no future treatments would be necessary. They have been back for a spider problem and did not mention I was due for any termite treatments. Now the termites are back and they claim they only did a spot treatment of the affected area that doesn't come with a warranty, even though the the entire house was treated on the first visit. Holes they drilled into the slab far away from the infested area clearly show that they did not just spot treat the affected area. Next time I have this work done I will be sure to take pictures or video as proof (with a different company). They were also unresponsive, I called Tuesday morning and it took until late Friday to get that answer after calling back several times. I have no missed calls on my caller ID the entire week.

I have been pleased with their service but the only thing is that when you get used to working with one person, then all of a sudden there is a new person, so it changes periodically, which is my only complaint. There have been a couple of occasions where I would start seeing bugs before it is time for them to come but if I call, they come back out and spray. They are very nice people and I feel comfortable working with them. It has been the same price for twelve years now; it hasn't changed. They do a very good job. They call ahead of time and tell you they are going to come by, and if you are not going to be there, you can call and let them know that you need to change the appointment, but they set up the schedule, you don't have to call them. They are here when they say they are going to be here.

Went very well. Called on Thursday morning and they were there Friday morning at 8:30. From what I can tell, did a very thorough job and were very professional.

They show up when they say they will, and I would recommend them.

They are very dependable and reasonably priced. The technician will call the evening before arrival ro give you an approx. time for the following day.

We have an annual agreement with them and they come out every 13 weeks. They are really good at scheduling calls and are very punctual as well. They are excellent and I would continue to use their services in the future too.

He showed me where I'd had termites and was thorough with information. He also gave me good insight regarding treatments. He was very good to work with and I appreciated the information provided.

It s a good service, and they don't get in the way. They are conscious of our pets. The problem was solved, and we don't see any more pests. They are always on time.

The technician answered my call quickly, and came around to give me an estimate. The price was a little bit high, but he was able to explain the specific reason for termite control and the destruction they can do to my home. The treatment was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day and time, and the technician was on time. He checked the foundation, the crawl space around the house, and there were no signs of termites.
