NATIONAL WINDOW CLEANING

The technician was early and was very professional. Overall he did a good job, but there were some corners that were missed and a few streaks. I would still recommend them, as they were prompt and thorough for most of the job.

They work hard to please. I have used them several times.

2 people worked cleaning for 1 1/2 hours-no breaks in working - very pleasant. 1/2 later than prompt side.

The lady I got on the phone was very friendly and took all my details. She told me someone would stop by somewhere in the next week to have a look at the house and they would call me with a quote. After two weeks I called again because I didn't hear from them. The lady told me it was because they hadn't been in my neighborhood for the past two weeks. We made an appointment for a specific date and time the next week. Nobody showed up. I called again. A friendly man apologized and we made a new appointment. This time they came, it was about 4 weeks after my first call. A nice man (Chris?) took a look and told me he would do the job himself. The same day the office sent me a quote by email. I also had asked a quote from their biggest competitor. The quote National Window cleaning gave me was a whooping 180 dollars higher than their competitor. I have no idea why there was such a humongous price difference. Because both companies had equally good reviews, I didn't hire National. Make sure you ask quotes from different companies!!!!!

No one has called me back from the company after 3 days. Not a good example of customer service, so i will not use them

They did a great job--very fast and thorough. We've used them annually for several years and will continue to do so in the future!

Our condo manager was on vacation when I scheduled the work, and the new assistant manager didn't know that our office needed a copy of the liability and workers' comp insurance policy directly from the insurance provider before work started. So about an hour before the National worker showed up--on time!--our manager called to tell me about the insurance. The National office was very accommodating and had the insurance faxed to our office. I truthfully didn't understand why the company was reluctant to give me an estimate over the phone (I have little experience with contractors) but the worker, cheerful, patient and with 30 years' experience, explained why even sending a picture of the windows to be cleaned can be misleading and gave me some examples--once he had to put ladders and boards across a swimming pool in order to get to the windows! Anyway. He was efficient, professional, did the job quickly and cleanly, and obviously took pride in his work. I will certainly use National Window Cleaning again.

I was given an estimate over the phone. Office called me the day before to ask if they could come that day. I said yes. The fellow came and did the job well. He was very pleasant and the windows look great.

Arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. The windows were very dirty and now they look amazing. Would definitely recommend this company.

It went well. Jose did a great job both on the outside and the inside of the majority of windows I wanted cleaned. We have a series of little windows on one side of out house that bumps up again another townhome and really weren't that dirty so we had him skip those. But the main windows on the main part of the house were absolutely FILTHY from recent construction going on across the street on two new homes. So we waited until they were completed to have the windows cleaned. My home office windows in the front of the house were so bad I could barely see out. After Jose was done I needed sunglasses to have the blinds open! haha! Anyway, we would have him back again!

Someone from the company came to write up an estimate and told me the office would get back to me later in the day. This was two weeks ago. I have heard from no one. I would like to get the record straight! This is in repsonse to the contractor's response to my report which was that I was called with an estimate and I was collecting bids. I was never called. This contractor must have called another potential customer, not me however.

JOSE'S ESTIMATE AND PROFESSIONALISM WAS GREAT. THE WINDOW CLEANING AND BLEACHING OF THE FRAMES IN THE ATRIUM WERE DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND AS ESTIMATED. THE SLATE CLEANING WAS DONE IN A MANNER I HAD NOT SEEN BEFORE (WET BUFFED AS OPPOSED TO PRESSURE WASHED) TO GET THE GUNK OFF, BUT THE PATIO DID NOT SEEM CLEAN. I UNDERSTAND HE BUFFED IT SO THAT THE SLATE WOULDN'T FLAKE APART, AND I KNOW THAT SOME OF THE TILES WERE IN POOR SHAPE. HOWEVER, THE SLATE STILL FLAKED AND QUITE LARGE PIECES WERE LEFT LYING ON THE PATIO. IT'S AS IF THE MILDEW AND DIRT WERE JUST MOVED AROUND RATHER THAN SENT DOWN THE DRAIN.

Their technician was exactly on time, performed the services flawlessly, and was very neat and tidy. I have no complaints.

The windows really didn't look good. It was all smeared and didn't look good at all. I didn't have that many gutters and I feel like he charged way too much for the two spots he cleaned. They had to reschedule twice, which was frustrating.

During the estimate, pointed out some windows that had some green mold on them. These windows were not cleaned as requested - had to clean these windows myself.

Overall they did a perfect job and I recommended them to my friends already.

Their price was excellent, their work was excellent. They were very professional and they cleaned up very well. I would recommend them to others and I will use again.

They were supposed to come today between 9:00 to 9:30, no one called or came. I called at 10, and they said they didn't have an appointment for me. Then they looked back and saw that I called June 9th, but that they didn't put me on the schedule. Tried to reschedule, but it was not convenient. She did offer me 20%, but they still haven't called to set up a new appointment.

Great. Jose showed up on time, very courteous, went right to work and did a wonderful job.

Excellent! He arrived on-time, was very professional, did what he said he was going to do, and didn't linger around. He (Jose) simply got the job done. I will likely call them to come out each year to do this same job. It was a good value.

Great. This guy's been washing windows for his entire adult life and knows his job.

Great professional response when I called; company rep came out right away to look at house; gave us a bid very quickly. Did an excellent job; great price; very professional and pleasant to deal with; showed up when they said they would. Even added a small service at no charge (cleaned our patio umbrella). Would definitely use again and recommend them highly!

I thought they were decently priced for this service. Not great, but decent and fair. The people were very nice and finished promptly.

They did a fantastic job. I live in a town home and I have some windows that are pretty hard to reach, but they were able to get to them just fine. They did show up on time and they got them clean really fast. I thought they were just excellent all around.

This was an o.k. company. They did what they had to do and left. I was pleased with the cleaning and I have no problems with them. I guess I would probably hire them again. They seemed to do just fine.
