I was surprised to find this review after having discussed the misunderstandings with Mrs. [Member Name Removed] and later Mr. [Member Name Removed] confirming that he was happy with our services. Please let me remind you that we provided the emergency mitigation services to help salvage your home and personal property due to the unfortunate situation in your home. When we completed the emergency services you had two other companies working in your home. One was a moving company dealing with you personal items. In regards to the items that you claimed where damaged by Morningstar, we provided you exit photos showing you that on our way out the item/furniture claimed damaged remained undamaged, Yet we provided you a credit in Good Faith in the amount you advised, to replace the " damaged item". In reference to the carpet I believe that you may be confusing us for the insurance company's adjuster. We do not have a say in what carpet will be replaced, we work for the you, customer/homeowner and honestly the more work the customer want done the better the job. It would not make sense for us to turn down to the replacement of the carpet in the study if you needed the rest of the carpet replaced. We also would never choose the material installed in your home, It would be too much of a liability for us. We would have to pay extra to replace the carpet and re install the if you didn't like it. Since there was a misunderstanding with the carpet, when you advised that you wanted to have the company providing the carpet you had found, to install it. We had no issues cancelling that portion of the agreed service agreement and even assisted you in understanding the insurance estimate price per square foot and room measurements provided for your claim, to help you budget the cost. We truly believe that this was a misunderstanding and we understand that unforeseen damage to your home can be very stressful, this is why we always strive for exceptional customer service and try to offer compassion to all our customers during such stressful situations. We truly apologize if that was not accomplished with you."
