Victor and his crew did a fantastic job on all trim and doors and ceilings. They were in and out quickly and they painstakingly covered every inch that wasnâ t getting paint. I plan to hire them again for my kitchen. Excellent company!

Mr. Morales was timely in returning all calls or emails. He looked at the exterior for places that might need extra attention. He was a good source when selecting the house paint color. Living in a neighborhood with approved colors to be used, his knowledge of how certain paints would look on an entire house was greatly appreciated. My many questions were answered without judgement during the process. There was no debris, paint, etc. left. No painting equipment was cleaned on site. Price quoted was reasonible and did not change.

This company did a great job power washing and painting my house. They consulted with me every step of the way and the job was done efficiently. Would highly recommend them.

Responded quickly when I was looking for someone to paint my house. He arrived on time and walked around the outside of my home, explaining what all they would do. I felt very comfortable working with him and felt he was very open and honest. I chose him over another painter because Mr. Morales' quote was much more in line with my budget. They power-washed my house, cleaning off green mold on the brick portions, caulked all my windows, and they worked so fast and quietly that I didn't realize they were finished. Mr. Morales was there several times to check that the work was being doneto his high standards.

Morales Painting & Carpentry did a fabulous job on our kitchen cabinets and extra large entertainment center in the living area. They protected everything and sprayed the cabinets and interiors without removing the doors and the end result was perfection!! Just love how it all turned out! We highly recommend Morales Painting & Carpentry (office: 281-461-7348). Victor's team repaired an area above our fireplace that had water damage from the Harvey flood. First, they tested the drywall to make sure there was no unseen damage. Then, they secured the mantel back into place. Then, Alex worked his magic to re float, texture, and paint the damaged area. Because of his patience and care, the area actually looks better than before. Victor's team was careful with other areas of our home and cleaned up after their job was done. The final bill was just what was quoted and certainly reasonable. We will use Victor's team again to paint the outside of our home.

We hired the company the paint the interior of our home and do a few exterior woodwork. Everyone was very professional and the final project looks great. We are very happy with all the work they did and would definitely recommend this company.

Victor provided a fair and reasonable quote for sheetrock repair, kitchen cabinet painting, interior painting and some carpentry work. His crew was always on time, worked very hard and were committed to pleasing the customer. I am pleased with their work and have already recommended them to friends.

Won't honor his warranty, trying to contact since May and he won't fix the bubbles on the house, any damage his employees caused he told me nobody would see, employee leaned ladder against copper gutter down sprouts and caused damage. Wouldn't recommend and he is not a man of integrity .

I have had mixed feelings about my experience with Morales Painting & Carpentry and I have trouble reconciling my experience with the company's previous stellar reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with the company did not match the level of excellence of the previous reviews. It appears my home received a minimal level of prep work. In general, lines and cracks were not caulked, nails were not hammered down, holes were not filled, and the flaws to the hardy board were almost completely ignored (it not clear when the project was initially bid, whether minimal repairs to the hardy board were included in the scope of work and this is partially my fault). My wife who is not a stickler for detail has expressed disappointment to me about the quality of the preparation work. Just prior to initial completion, I hired a reputable general contractor to review the painting work and he stated it appeared that almost no prep work was done to the home. At that time, I used blue tape to mark some of these areas and it was fortunate that the color of paint we chose somewhat matched the color of the caulk or this could have led to a larger problem. I am at a loss to explain this and given the company's history of excellence, my only thought is that the job was either underbid or something else was amiss as I somewhat sensed frustration in the company's communications. Also, while I found that the owner projected competence, confidence, and accountability when speaking to me on the phone, I was not confident that the company's project manager could equally execute that standard as the project manager would not follow-up on flaws when pointed out or gave questionable explanations. For example, where the caulk previously failed on garage, the project manager told me this would be cut out with a knife and re-caulked. This was not done (and was one of many). I consistently felt like I was asking the project manager for a favor when professionally completing the project and at some point I lost confidence and made the decision to not hire Morales Painting & Carpentry for additional work. In fact, I am considering hiring a third party painter to go back through and address many of the remaining flaws (needed preparation, peeling paint, bubbling paint, unfinished painting, etc.). Finally, when the initial project was completed, the team did not perform adequate clean-up of the job site - rusted metal dust was not swept up, over-spray on the deck was not removed, painters tape was left hanging in the tree, and piles of garbage were left on the front lawn. I hired them to paint the interior of my ~4900 sq ft house. Everything about it was exceptional. Victor was very responsive to my emails and he even had some samples made per my request for us to pick up from Sherwin Williams since we were doing a color match of Benjamin Moore colors. The crew always showed up on time, they were courteous, they cleaned up after themselves, and there was periodic management checks throughout the day. The work is fantastic, the cuts are perfectly straight, and the price couldn't be beat. The number of 5 star reviews is absolutely correct, they were great. I highly, highly recommend Morales Painting.

The exterior of my home was in much need of a cleaning and of fresh paint. I went to Home Advisor and found Morales Painting and Carpentry. They called me right away and set up an appointment to come out and give a quote. Victor, who is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, came out and we walked around the house evaluating what needed to be done. My house is about 95% brick. All that needed painting was the wood around the eaves of the house, one window inset, and 2 sides of a detached garage with eaves. The rest of the house was brick. When the guys came to start the prep process, they pressure washed the entire house, all the brick and wood surfaces. Following that, they caulked and scraped all areas that needed it. Fortunately, I didn't need to replace any wood. When painting, they spray, brush, and roll where needed. They sprayed most of my home, and brushed around the smaller, more detailed areas. They put 2 coats of paint on my home. I watched as they went around to house spraying paint, and I must say they spray on a nice heavy coat. And remember, they do this 2 times, so by the time they are finished, your home will be very well protected for years to come. They used Sherwin Williams A100 on my home, but they will put whatever you request. I'm very happy with the job they did on my home and would absolutely hire them again. They even covered our vehicles to eliminate any overspray from getting on them. Great customer service, great quality work, you won't be disappointed.

My house needed some exterior repair and painting. I found Morales Painting & Carpentry through HomeAdvisor. Victor came to the house to talk with me about what he planned to do prior to painting (e.g., pressure wash, replace siding around the chimney, replace other rotted trim, and caulk), and he provided a detailed estimate (significantly lower than the two estimates I received from other companies). His crew showed up on-time, they were careful and courteous, and they finished the whole job (repair and paint) in three days. The house looks great! I highly recommend Morales Painting!

Great customer service and excellent quality of work. Owner was very involved and oversaw a quality job. Hard working and skilled crew. Owner was upfront and honest, obviously cares about earning a good reputation for his company. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Victor is a very friendly and honest man. He gave a very fair bid for the work done. They painted the siding and trim on my 2 story brick home and garage and replaced some wood rot. The job was well done. I would highly recommend him.
