It was good that they were willing to use our preferred housecleaning materials. They are easy to work with, knowledgeable and did a great job. They are the only company that are willing to clean the interior windows as part of the deep clean.

Service was abysmal! Cleaning was abysmal! We wanted the whole house cleaned. The upstairs was only vacuumed and beds made. No dusting and only a cursory cleaning of the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs bathroom was the cleanest because the maid stayed in there for over 30 minutes. Floors were not mopped very well. Kitchen was not cleaned very well. And the most annoying part was that the maids that were sent knew absolutely no English! If I had a question or wanted them to look at something, they had to call the office to translate! After they left I did a complete inspection and was dissatisfied to the point I had to call for a follow up/re-do of the house. Again, still below par for what was paid! I would not recommend this company to anyone or tell them to steer clear. The cleaners work off a worksheet/list and getting them to do something that is not spelled out on their list is next to impossible!

They were prompt and professional. I explained exactly what needed to be done and in order of importance and they completed every task well.

The crews that Molly Maids sent to clean my third-floor apartment told their thug associates where my fire safe was kept as well as where the key to it was kept (they snooped around my desk to find the key during one or more visits). I came home one day in-between cleanings to a broken-in front door and a safe on the floor that was opened with the key. Every aspect of the break-in pointed to an inside job - a setup. They stole $700 in cash, $4,500 in savings bonds, an iPhone, and a laptop. Molly Maid management refused to return my phone calls inquiring about who they sent to clean my apartment.

Molly maids stole my grandmothers china right under my nose. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt until I found more china hidden in my book case. STAY AWAY if you want to keep your valuables. They also get very lazy.

We had construction done in our home so dust was everywhere. When we came home it looked and smelled like a brand new house. All the dust was gone and everything was spotless!

Terrible experience Nothing was done ,but the carpet in gameroom. When I arrived I called them they said that the air condtioning was not working in the home and was to hot for their people. I totally understand that and I did not want anyone getting sick from the heat . The people of Molly Maids did not even call me to let me know they seemed like they did not care. I asked them to let me know when they could come out to finish the job since the air was now working they never did. The one thing they mad sure to do was charge my credit card $184.00 for what???????????? I have called them almost everyday they said the owner would call me it is August 20th and still have not heard from the owner. Yes I owe them for the vacuming,but it is not 184.00 worth! would never use them and I WOULD NEVER recommended them. The owner must not care about the customers and if it was not for the customers they would not have a business to be the owner of.

To be fair, the ladies who were part of the cleaning crew did a good job. Not a great job and not a lousy job...good. Unfortunately, the service ended on a very sour note. Last Thanksgiving, the regular needed some time off so they put in temp crew. Jewelry was stolen...thousands of dollars worth. They took mostly diamonds including wedding rings, family heirlooms, graduation rings, etc. The jewelry they stole was not conjecture. The police conducted an investigation and through pawn shop inquiries, some items showed up in these shops. The woman who stole them was tracked down and mounds of jewelry were brought into the police dept. so owners could collect their valuables. My fiance', who used this service, was asked to come down to the station and verify some of her belongings. She was able to get back one or two items, but certainly not even close to the number taken. We assume based on conversations with authorities that the woman was charged and arrested for theft. We tried to work with Molly Maids insurance company to regain some financial remuneration. We provided police statements and records. After all this, their insurance would not make good on any of this and denied all claims. We did not receive a free cleaning or credit for future service...NOTHING. Nada. Zilch. They admit they hired the woman but, oh well, sorry. We have now concluded our relationship with Molly Maids and will NEVER use them again. If you are considering them, lock up all valuables. Make sure you are told beforehand if changes in staffing take place. Take pictures of everything. Perhaps our experience is isolated but I doubt it. In fact, we were told the lady working for Molly Maids who stole from us stole from several other homes too. BOTTOM LINE: STAY CLEAR OF MOLLY MAIDS!!!!

Excellent job - we will be using them regularly.

The two cleaners showed up on time but were extremely slow and didn't follow the explicit directions they were given. They only cleaned 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room yet it took them 5 hours.

They do an adequate job, but not spectacular. I wish they would be a little more thorough and that they stayed a little longer. They are dependable and prompt. One time I forgot to leave a check and they didn't do the work. I didn't like that.

They do a satisfactory job, not outstanding.

There is only one thing that I do not really like about Molly Maid, which is every time they come out to clean my house, they send somebody different. I wish they would send the same person all the time because I feel it is important to get to know the people you are letting into your house. If it is someone different all the time, you will never get to know them. As far as the work, my house always looks great no matter whom it is that they send out.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH MOVING FURNITURE TO CLEAN IN EVERY CORNER. I PLAN ON USING THEM AFTER HOLIDAY PARTIES AS WELL.
