+ -1 moreNo work done. I've wasted a week waiting on his quote.
Description of Work: Able came out to look over job and said he would email quote back to me that afternoon. When no quote received by Monday., I called and left message. Called again 3 more times that week as I recall and Able said he had "computer problems" but would email quote that day. I sent him an email to be sure he gad the correct email address and still have not heard from him. From this experience I would judge Able to be very unreliable contractor. ll
