Office staff was very helpful in answering all questions. Cleaning crew arrived onsite and did a wonderful cleaning job. We were very happy with the cleaning services. Since this service we have used Maid Envy a few more times and have continued to be happy with them.

Paid for six hours only received 4 hours of work, called was told they would investigate and perhaps bank the two hours, never heard back

I purchased 4 hours and she got everything done in 3 hours. I called the office and they gave me a 1 hour credit for the next visit. When they showed up the next time they showed up late and left early and I did not receive my extra hour and should have received a second hour for the second (Late/early). Then told me to not go through Angie's List anymore stating they'd have to pay taxes on the money. I will never use them again.

It was okay. They actually broke a light fixture. They offered to fix it but I fixed it myself. The price was reasonable.

EXCELLENT customer service, (thank you Martin!) owner very involved. Were able to start next day wow! Brought all own equipment, all supplies. Finished exactly as they estimated in four hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Maid envy arrived on time, got right to work, but surprisingly finished quickly. At the completion of the work, I was asked to inspect while they waited. No way am I able to thoroughly inspect while attending to young children. I took a quick look and everything seemed to be in order. But when I was able to have a closure look, I noticed cob webs here and there, dust on some shelving, and places not fully clean. I had high expectation and I'm disappointed. Won't hire again.

Had to paid for an extra hour from originally estimated. Didn't clean the floor properly, I had to come back to clean it myself.

Two cleaners showed up on time and cleaned the house. They did a good job and I would recommend them.

Maid Envy was fantastic. They worked me in during the Christmas week on relatively short notice. Everyone was kind, prompt and very courteous, but most of all, highly efficient and extremely attentive to detail and diligent on getting everything really clean. They kept me informed on all changes, even bringing in another team member to finish up the job. Now, everything sparkles. Everything shines. Everything smells amazingly CLEAN! I love my clean home, and I can't wait for them to come again. Highly recommended.

I am so thrilled with Maid Envy! We hired them to clean our new home to get it ready for move-in. First of all, the price we paid was extremely reasonable. We actually got two cleanings for one price. After the first cleaning, we were unsatisfied with the quality of work done. We reported it to Maid Envy and sent pictures of the deficiencies. The head of HR for Maid Envy personally visited our home to inspect the work. He himself re-cleaned our bathtub so we could use it that night. The very next day, today, he sent a new team out to re clean the entire home. They are here now and are doing an EXCELLENT job. I'm thrilled. I would definitely recommend that anyone hire Maid Envy.

Ladies did a great job cleaning my house. When I got home from work, I could tell the difference. The restrooms were spotless. I will be using them in the future.

They did a great job and we are now contracting them for regular recurring cleaning services. Couldn't be happier.

There was a misunderstanding. I don't think I'll go with that service in the future. I hired them about a month ago or so. No additional costs. We settled out the cost and how much she was going to charge me. I just hoped that it could have been handled much better.

The maids were wonderful but I question the billing process and I do not think it is efficient.

I purchased a 3 hour block of service from Angie's List for Maid Envy. They came over on time despite the weather. There were three ladies. I let them know what I needed done and they sprang into action. My place is a fairly new home that I just moved into. The previous owners were clean so the place did not need a deep cleaning, but it still needed to get done. The home is 2400+ sq ft and these ladies knocked it out in about 1.5 hours. They cleaned baseboards, tile, the stove, they vacuumed, the works. They even managed to dust off a hard to reach ceiling fan that's hanging from a very high ceiling. The ladies were nice and it was literally service with a smile. I will have them over again.

The two ladies that came were awesome. They did everything and more than I can say about cleaning my home. My window blinds and baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years. I have a large wall unit with a lot of pictures and nic nacs on different shelves. They took out each piece and dusted them as well as each of the surfaces. My sinks have never shined so much and they got stains off of some woodwork I haven't been able to get rid of for years. Yes, I plan to use them once a month.

They were fabulous. Love the owner. She even watches videos on YouTube on how to clean better. She loves what she does and it shows in how she manages her company. Would highly recommend.

Maid envy was responsive and they showed up on time- that was the only positive portion. I asked for a deep cleaning quote for our 4600 sq foot house. They said it would cost $385. They started dusting/wiping with their dirty rags. They then asked for some cleaning supplies, and proceeded to clean EVERYTHING with Windex. Windex is not disinfectant so they essentially are spreading germs from bathroom to the rest of the house. I suggested they use paper towels, or something else instead! I have 2 little ones at home, so I had to go back and clean almost everything they touched. Part of the quote was to include cleaning blinds and baseboards. They broke 2 windows blinds, then tried to cover them up by closing the curtains. When I looked a the end of the day, the blinds were only done to the maid's height. We have some taller windows, and they did not bother wiping in the upper area and left cobwebs. As for the vaccuming and baseboards. They left the entire master bedroom undone. They did a quick vaccuum, but along the baseboards is where a lot of dirt and hair gets pushed aside in the carpet. They did not clean this either. Once they were finished I got a call from their manager. I told him how upset I was with the job. They then proceeded to tell me that the cost would be close to $650! WHAT? They said they charged by the hour- which is frustrating because one of the maids was on her cell phone constantly. He said they spent more time than they quoted so I would owe more. I guess they do not know what a 4600 sq foot house looks like? I ended up paying $430 after almost an hour on the phone back and forth. After they left I was in tears because this was the one thing I was treating myself to after having a baby 2 months ago. It was a waste of money, and I am very disappointed with the service. I have already posted to my neighborhood website as many of us are working moms that need a little help once in a while with cleaning. This was a rip off, and I will be looking elsewhere.

The cleaners are very efficient and do a good job. I have a large house and they are able to clean it in 5-6 hours. Their prices are fair. The house is clean and they have never damaged anything. I really enjoy cleaning day when my house is sparkling clean!
