They did a great job and didn't break anything. Purchasing through Angie's List was inconvenient because the provider didn't get any notification from Angie's List that the service had been purchased.

They did a very through job. My whole house looks great.

Two very nice ladies showed up at my door at 9:30 am and worked until 3:30pm straight, no breaks! They cleaned every nook and cranny, all the insides of cabinets, windows and sills, everywhere. Because of their great service, I was able to put my 2300 square foot house on the market, in time! Previously, I had them scheduled for normal cleaning every 3 weeks and they always did a great job. But this time, they did an extremely fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone!

The whole job was okay at best. Certainly not worth $250 for a 1900 sq ft house. I've noticed areas of my hardwoods that still had dirt spots as well as knick knacks that didn't feel like they'd been cleaned at all.

We used them and we didn't like it, and we have changed to another company. They were an all Spanish group that didn't speak English and we had an issue with that. They were on time. We wouldn't use them in the future. They could have sent someone who spoke English and did a better job on the cleaning. They didn't do a good job on the cleaning. They rushed through and didn't clean all the areas without being reminded which we had to do with visual signs.

I contacted Maid Envy to come out and do a pre-move-in cleaning. I spent time on the phone discussing the details of what needed to be cleaned, however I had to explain everything again when the cleaners arrived. They arrived on time. We had a power outage when they arrived, but it was back up within about 30-40 minutes of their arrival. Their cleaning was not particularly detailed. Days after the cleaning I was noticing things they missed--A few shelves that didn't get dusted, corners of floor in bathrooms that didn't get mopped, et cetera. I had planned for five man-hours of cleaning, but they were done in three. They appeared pretty efficient in division of work, et cetera. They chatted while cleaning but kept busy. I am sure they would have done a better job if I had micro-managed them, but if I am going to micro-manage cleaners, I'll just do the cleaning myself. I gave up white-glove inspections with people standing by at attention when I got out of the Marine Corps...

We have been clients of Maid Envy for almost 2 years now and couldn't be more satisfied. Cindy, the owner runs a tight ship and all transactions and communication goes through her (love that!). We had to monitor the maids closely to make sure they kept working.

Workers arrived on time, very polite and got to work immediately. The gave my house a good cleaning and had no problem working around me, my cats, or the other service personnel I had on site.

Everything went good, two lades arrived on time. I will be setting up a regular time each month to continue with the services provided.

They were very responsive after I purchased the coupon from Angie's list and scheduled an appointment at my convenience. The two cleaners did a decent job and left my home much cleaner and smelling lovely. I would use them again in the future, but I thought the ladies stayed an extra half hour to complete the job. So I received a call while driving one day to clear up the difference in pay, but I couldn't handle that while driving. I called back later to settle, twice in fact and the person who handles those affairs was not available. I never received another call from them. I assume that we are square. They haven't asked how we like our service nor called to set up another in the future even though I mentioned repeatedly that I was interested in a regular monthly service. So I've gone with a cleaner that my neighbor uses. She works as an independent contractor and comes regularly every other week. About the same quality of work, for a similar cost, but since she is one person it takes twice the time. I would recommend them on their cleaning ability, but recommend they follow through better from the office for their own sake of gaining regular customers.

The two ladies that came to my home were prompt, professional, and friendly. I have used three other cleaning services in the past, and this visit was the best overall cleaning. I would recommend them, and will use Maid Envy again.

It went fine. There was additional cost. According to Angie's List, they were supposed to send two people. When they got there, there were three people. So they were doing the work and everything. Right before the lady left, I said, "Thank you very much. Everything looks good." She goes, "You still owe us $60." I said, "Well, for what? I've already paid." She said, "But we were here longer than the allowed time." I said, "Well, that's not my problem." She said, "I know but we also brought three people here." In any case, I didn't want to argue with lady. So I had to give her another $60, which I thought wasn't good. It was very unprofessional. I could have argued and I wouldn't have had to give them anything. But, I said, "Okay. That's fine." From the cleaning perspective, they did a great job. When somebody comes in and brings three people for two hours and you're paying them $270, it's expensive. I called the cell number to talk to the manager and even sent them an e-mail and they never responded. It's unfortunate, because there's good companies out there that provide a good service at a fair price and then you've got these companies that are just trying to gouge people. I'm not saying that they do bad work but they take advantage of people. Their communication is not good. That's what kind of gets people like me to order through Angie's List and through the vendors in Angie's List. They were a little bit late, maybe, an hour late or something.

They continue to do a great job for me. They are so good and they work with us on scheduling and I think the world of them! I would highly recommend their service to others. Very professional, trustworthy, and is very efficient. They are also very good about contacting me if they're running or something comes up. I think they do an incredible job!

I met Laura and she listened to my requests, and ultimately followed through. (Ive had bad resukts using other "independant" cleaners before).They wet wiped floorboards and double mopped all my tiled areas. They also arranged my 3 kids way to large collection of BeanieBoos.. my kids were delifhted, and I hope I can keep the house within 60% as ell made as Maid envy did.. at least till they cone back, which I will gladly pay for again and again.

It was okay. They came out two days after the purchase date when they came out. There were additional costs. I was really surprised with the cost. I have a two story house and they only did the downstairs, well not all of it. They said it was a deep cleaning. I was just surprised at the cost because they didn't do my whole home, all they did was downstairs. I would tell others definitely make sure to get up front what they are suppose to do and the costs. The thing that stood out to me was pretty much the cost. Overall they did a good job but I expected a little more like the blinds and I didn't see any of that, I don't feel like I got my moneys worth.

We had previously moved out and had a move out clean performed. The buyer wanted another clean prior to move in, so we used Maid Envy to perform the clean on an empty house. The house smelled good and dust, etc. was gone. We are pleased.

With very short notice, I was able to have the ladies come out to my house and do a very, very deep cleaning. My husband was very impressed. Because of their excellent service, we are not going to have them come out on a schedule that fits our needs. Now that the deep clean (baseboards, blinds, etc) is completed, the cost will be much less, since the work will be reduced. I would recommend them to everyone!

They could improve their attention to detail and the resourcefulness of the people working the job. I would tell my friends that if they need a maid service that they could use them.

The ladies from Maid Envy were so polite and did such an incredible job on our townhiuse that I can't wait to have them back. Why work all day and then break your back cleaning when they can prepare your living space for company before the weekend arrives.

Very professional and quick. I had 3 great ladies working and they worked very well together. I was very happy when they were done.
