Maid Envy

I really wasn't real pleased with them simply because of their pricing structure and there was a misunderstanding with that. I found them not to be to my liking. I do have a housekeeper, but she's a private individual and it's worked much better for me. They came in, and they did some cleaning, and I had never paid anywhere near that to have my house cleaned. They sent a couple of people and it bills at so much per hour per person, and so I paid a whole lot more for housecleaning than I think I should have had to have paid than I would have paid with anybody else. So, again it was a misunderstanding for pricing and it was a little frustrating to me, so I decided not to use them anymore. I think the work was acceptable. There was just a little interaction with the housekeeping staff. I do know that one of the ladies was on the phone when she was here cleaning and that was frustrating because if I'm paying by the hour I want people to be cleaning, not talking on their phone. So, that was one of my frustrations the pricing and that they had someone on the phone when she's supposed to be cleaning. I'm paying an hourly rate so that was kind of a point of sensitivity with me; I didn't like that. If you're paying that much, they should have just gone and been exceptional and they weren't. I didn't think they were any better than anyone I could use and they cost a lot of money because it's an hourly fee per person. I may be wrong, but I don't feel like they made a whole lot of effort to rectify or to make me as a customer feel like they were being responsive to me.Overall it was an experience that I didn't want to repeat, and I made the decision not to have them back. They did get here when they were supposed to. They shouldn't have been on the phone when they're here to clean.

They were good and I did not have any issues.

I am still using them. I think they are wonderful. They do an extremely good job and they’re friendly. They do the work very quickly and efficiently. I love them. My interaction with them is excellent. They came to my mother’s funeral, I can’t gripe about them. I use them once a week.

They are great! We have on going services with them.

400+ Angie's list reviews is what lead me to choose this service and I am grateful that I did. This was the first time we had ever used a cleaning service and they did a spectacular job. My wife was extremely pleased with the results! Cindy was very helpful in setting up what we needed done and a joy to talk to. They sent 2 teams with 2 people each (total of 4) and worked for about 3 hours straight. They cleaned everything; baseboards, door handles, blinds, vacuumed furniture and wiped down everything. Bathrooms were immaculate and they even got my well used cooking range looking great again! The original time estimate for my home (based on SF) was not enough (think my 16 year old daughters room required extra time :) so they had to add some time to get everything done which was some what expected. Overall we are extremely happy with the results and would recommend this service to anyone. I am sure you can find cheaper but I am a strong believer in you get what you pay for. Cheaper services may look inviting but may not deliver results you are looking for. I am positive if I had any issues with my service that Cindy would work diligently with me to resolve.

I purchased a coupon thru angies list. About 30 minutes before my appointment they called saying they would be late. They arrived 30 minutes after the adjusted, later time. Wasn't an issue for me on this day but easily could of been. They did the best cleaning we've ever had, so much so my husband commented on it. I even called to get a quote for cleaning on a schedule with them but the pricing was almost double what other companies quoted. It was a better cleaning but I'm not sure to pay that much more.

At first I wasn't sure but immediately called Cindy and she promptly addressed my concern. All turned out well. I did appreciate all pre-arrival communications.

The appointment was supposed to be at 11 and that morning they called saying it would be closer to 11:30. Not a problem. They showed up at 11:55, still not a problem for us. They by far did the best cleaning I think I've ever had done. Even my husband commented that the house was cleaner than any other service we've used. Definitely worth the coupon cost. Not sure what their normal pricing is but I will look into it as I would love to continue using them.

It was good. They were the best ones I've had. High quality, responsive, professional.

It was alright. I don't have an enormous house in Texas. I felt like I ordered twice as many hours as I needed. There's nothing in my house. It wasn't dirty. They ended up calling me and telling me they needed two more hours. They were like lollygagging and not doing the work in a timely fashion. I ended up having to pay but I was a little upset. They called me and asked me for more hours. They said they had to move the dishes around that were in the cabinets. I was not living there. There were zero things in my house so there were no dishes. I was super upset at that time.

Cleaning was excellent, workers were professional and nice, just couldn't be depended on to show at the scheduled time, or show up at all. It was not the cleaning teams fault, it had to do with scheduling. When scheduled time needed to change by the company, they would forget to call to let me know making be have to stay home and wait for hours for them, or call to ask when to expect service. They were given 2 chances to get it right and still couldn't. Won't return to this company for cleaning. Too bad.

Great, will use their service again!!!

Cindy was communicative and set up the appointment at our townhouse. She confirmed the time, date, and location, but did not make the appointment. She followed up the next day asking when we could connect, so I asked what happened, but didn't receive another response. Unfortunately, we were only in town for two days. We had scheduled a second house cleaning service who was prompt and kept the appointment time, so they received our business.

Excellent, the ladies did such a great job, they cleaned my home well, I was very pleased with the service.

The ladies did a wonderful job. The professionalism of the cleaning ladies was an A, but the professionalism of the company/office is an F. I was billed by this provider for the cost of the deal I purchased through Angie?s List, along with other services I requested, but they did not apply the credit of the deal I purchased. I have been in communication with the provider about this since May, requesting to get $140.00 refunded, since I paid for this service beforehand through Angie?s List. I have yet to get reimbursed and I am seeking help from Angie?s List.

They did a pretty good job. They were nice and friendly and I liked them. They were also on time.

The ladies were fantastic. They showed up on time and wasted no time getting to the job. We keep the home in good order; however, the deep cleaning that Maid Envy did took it to a new level. It is so refreshing to be able to come home to a clean home. I certainly recommend this service for anyone needing a professional cleaning service that does what they say they are going to do...on time and for a fair price. Cindy communicated with us before, during and after just to make sure that everything was going as planned. My wife and I both love Maid Envy and appreciate the special attention they gave our home. They sure made us look good when our family came to visit from out of town. Double bonus!

They did what they needed to do and they acted like it was an inconvenience to come to my house. I won’t ever use the again. They didn’t do an all out cleaning. It took me a while to get them out here.

Punctual, professional. Showed up on time and went above and beyond. Very detail oriented, cleaned and organized beyond our expectations.

It was okay. I guess my wife expected more. There might have been some miscommunication. She thought it was going to be a deep cleaning, but it wasn't. It was just a regular cleaning. So, she was somewhat disappointed. They did break her favorite plant vase. I did talk to them about it and they said they would make good and to just send them a copy of the receipt. But, I just dropped it because we're in the process of moving anyway. So I'm not going to go through with that. The price was very good. I would use them again for regular cleaning.

Cindy from Maid Envy was excellent with her communication and sent it her best crew for a good 7 man hours of cleaning for my house which I was moving out of. The crew did an excellent job with the house and it was cleaner than when I received it from the builders. Definitely recommend their services to others and I will be setting up a new appointment for their services in my new house. Two thumbs up!!

We used Maid Envy (Cindy Cleaning) 2 times so far. They were great, first time 2 ladies came to our house. Second time 3 ladies came to our house. They came with their own cleaning supplies and vacuums. Cleaned whole house. They charge by hour per person. No issues. I would recommend them to anyone looking for house cleaning. They have all different kinds of cleaning, monthly, weekly, etc.

It was fine. I'm not interested in doing it again. They didn't do much more than what I could have done myself. They were okay on price. I have a big two-story house that's hard to maintain. They came in and did the basic cleaning thing. They didn't do the tubs and they didn't do the baseboard well. They didn't deep clean the carpets with the steam cleaning. I asked for it when I called. Things like those didn't get done which I was expecting to get done. They were lovely ladies. They quoted me one price and they told me they have to come back because they didn't finish, so they went above the deal price. They should have done a better job like steam cleaning my carpets when I asked them.

My whole experience with this company was beyond belief, in a positive way. They were extremely professional and one of the best maid services I have ever used. They sent three women and they did a fantastic job. The guy who usually answers the phone for them is wonderful. Their pricing was in line with competitors, if not cheaper. I will definitely use them again in the future.
