They cleaned my new house while I had alot of these going on with my new house.

3 ladies arrived punctually in a company vehicle with professional decals. My wife didn't hear them knocking because of our infant but I received a call and email from Maid Envy to let me know that they were there. Then once they were inside, the ladies went to work on my house and did a thorough cleaning of the first floor of my house which is what I wanted (the second floor being hardly used). Bathrooms were cleaned very thoroughly and all horizontal surfaces look nice. My refrigerator was nicely polished. Floors were mopped well and the carpets vacuumed thoroughly. They used back pack vacuums and were able to pull dust out of tight places. This is the first time I've used a house cleaning service and was pleased. I'd use Maid Envy again. Thank you.

I was very happy with the thoroughness of the cleaning and the friendliness of the two ladies who came. They cleaned areas I had let go for a while due to heavy work schedules and back problems, and did it all so much faster than I would have been able to. It was so nice to have everything gleaming again. I rated them a B for responsiveness as we had trouble connecting at first to schedule the appointment (took a couple of tries via email and a phone call); and a B for punctuality because they did not show up at the scheduled time due to an earlier job having taken much longer than expected. I had to call the office to check the status as I had not heard from anyone. This wasn't a problem for me as I was home from work all day anyway, but it would have been nice to know they were running late before calling. I will use them again for a similar job in the future.

had issues with them, owner was out of town, instead of the 4 hrs, they only spent 2 hrs cleaning, they broke my handle on the shower, owner eventually called back, came out and fixed it, there was a issue with the part but was credited, immediately sent list of what was done, was very good at making everything right and staying on top of the staff

The two ladies that came did a great job. My house SMELLS clean! The floors were moped and vacuumed. The bathrooms (2) were cleaned spotlessly, and they look great! Everything was dusted. I have tons of knick knacks that had to be moved--not just dusted around. I also have 2 bookcases that have glass shelves and lots of pictures and collectibles. The glass shelves were cleaned and everything was replaced back where it belonged. Everything was done to perfection. I will definitely use this service again!

It went great! They did a fantastic job and definitely exceeded our expectations. Very professional and on time for the service.

First of all I specifically requested they be at my home by 8am. They did not arrive until 10:45.They called me to say they were running late. I again stated why I wanted them here at 8am. Because they were late I did not get all of the rooms cleaned that I wanted, plus I feel they were working too slow, there was two of them, they should have been able to get to everything. What they did was satisfactory, I am disappointed because they did not make an effort to arrive at the time I requested, almost like well, you're getting a discount so we will get there when we want. I felt slighted, and taken advantage of, as if my business is not important. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

The ladies came into a house that is in semi renovation / semi lived in and made it very clean and presentable. It was an overwhelming job for me and I am very grateful. Excellent service!

I originally paid for 2 women to clean for 4 hours and the housekeepers were over 2 hours late. The company sent 3 women who left before an hour and a half and failed to clean the two priority areas we agreed on. They were speaking of wanting to go home the entire time. Only one out of the three cleaning ladies was diligent and delegating to the others. The house was not clean at all, and they were unprofessional.

The team worked very hard and left a very dirty house looking more than presentable. I was very pleased with the quality and cost of the work, and I used Maid Envy several more times before moving out of the area.

House looked great! The cleaning service showed up early and finished 3 hours later. They kept us informed of their progress along the way. We were prepping our house for the market and they made the final product sparkle! House looked great!

They made an appointment with me and they did not show up on time. I contacted the owner and asked what was going on and they said that they had gone at three o?clock then I said ?No, you have gone at ten o?clock?. The scheduling part of the whole process was just a nightmare. It was their temporary worker who were working on the phones who didn?t know anything about their services really. So it was a very difficult process to get a schedule and understand what was going on. The work they performed was good although the workers were talking among themselves and I work for home so I had to ask them at least once to be quiet. Although the work they did was very good. I asked their office after the workers left if they can send me a quote for a monthly service so that I can evaluate it but they never provided it. I think we paid additional besides the big deal because she said that they can?t so it all in the amount of time indicated for the cleaning that I needed done. I think I paid an additional hour or two.

I liked it. They're pretty good. They did a fantastic job. I never met them. I left my house dirty and when I came back, my house was clean. It was a pretty cool feeling. They did what they said they were going to do.

I like everything about the work except the change in price......
