Ruben and his team did a professional job and were excellent workers.

It was money very well spent. They are highly professional and the job is very well done!

Their customer service in general is good, however, they are not fast to respond when there is an issue, if there is not any issue, everything goes smooth, however, if that is not the case, the don't know or don't have the tools to respond. They don't have insurance, they are not covered and that takes customer service away. The value for money initially would have been high, however at this point, months later, is low. They have delayed the work for other projects I have. Even if they are following up now, they would not have been following up if my husband and I would not be in construction business. They know we are informed homeowners so I hope this is resolved.

12/10! I am a very particular, detail oriented person with high expectations and Liberty Painting exceeded them all. First, Van was incredibly responsive and informative. I had many questions with this being the first big job of our new home and he was not only helpful and knowledgeable but very patient. The painters were efficient, did a great job quality wise, AND finished earlier than originally scheduled. That is also with me adding on ceiling painting and patch work. The whole process was painless and non stressful for me. Even though I changed my mind on a few things Van made sure everything ran smoothly and the job was completed with quality and accuracy in mind. It was reassuring to know that the job was going to get done correctly without me having to follow up or behind them. Can't recommend Liberty enough!

The workers were professional and very courteous always being mindful of their work and cleanliness. Van was professional and very knowledgeable about what it would take to paint our kitchen and bathroom. He offered a fair price and completed the work in 2 days, which I was very happy with. Overall great company. I would recommend them to anyone and if I need a painting job in the future I be sure to call them up.

Professional painters and great customer service

Great quality

The Regional Sales Manager, Van Sureja, went over and above his duties. On the final afternoon he spot cleaned the new vinyl floor and eve vacuumed them. He and the painters took great care to carefully cover the new floors and kitchen cabinets. We would highly recommend them and hope to use them again in the future when weâ  re ready to paint our bedrooms.

Customer service was great. Attention to detail was lacking, however, the project manager did have his crew come back and work on items that needed attention - twice. I just feel like they should have been caught the issues before they said they were finished.

I am very pleased with the personable service we received throughout the entire project. The team was very respectful, and punctual. Carlos was a great lead painter, and he made sure that we had the opportunity to point out any rough edges and reach 100% satisfaction. In particular, I was impressed that when painting the exterior, the team covered all the windows with tape and paper so there was no overspray. They also did a superb job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

This company is the best for your painting needs. We have used other painting services in the past but after this experience, we will only use Liberty Painting. Excellent quality of painters, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Very patient and understanding of our concerns throughout the process. Van even took care of the HOA approval so that was a big relief for us. 100% satisfied!

Van and his crew are professional and knowledgeable. We had some rotten wood around the door frames that they were able to replace perfectly. The crew showed up on time every day, and finished the work in 5 days as promised. If anyone is looking for quality workmanship, hire these guys.
