+ -1 moreWe tried to settle with them but ended up having to pay in order to close. Uses the cheapest subcontract help he can get ... and his wife is a lien expert. Don't walk away ... run.
Description of Work: All the work had to be redone. Tile actually fell off the wall and had to be gutted. They put a lien on an investment house we were trying to buy.
