We work closely with our clients in restoring their home or business property following a fire, water damage, flooding or other catastrophic loss. Kenneth had to go with multiple of his contractors for things as some wouldn't show up or did lousy work. My granite had flaws in it and after the 2nd attempt we agreed on a compromise to keep the granite and redo my entry way. 2 years later, I still hear he is going to do it and it never happens. I have tried to work directly with his floor guy as he was very talented, and he isn't calling me back. Between the amount of time it took to do the work (still not finished) and the amount of replacements for the bad quality, only to finish with work promised that never happened - I would absolutely NOT recommend KBI Construction to anyone.
Description of Work: I had a flood in my kitchen and needed it repaired along with upgraded. Kenneth did a great job helping to get it approved through my insurance company but that is where the positive review ends. Everyone other than his tile/wood floor guy had issues with quality and timeliness and the work is still not complete!
