Karina's House Cleaning

They did a FANTASTIC job. I am always hesitant to get someone to come in and clean because I am very particular, but these guys went above and beyond and I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent and professional

The owner contacted me the day I requested the quote. We spoke for a little while and came to an agreement on both the price and the date and time. She was supposed to be here at 10 a.m. yesterday morning. I had to rework my schedule with work to make sure I was available to let them in and talk to them. At 10:30, no one was here and no one called. I contacted Karina who said they would be on their way. When I asked about that because they should have already been there, she corrected and said they were already on the way. I told her if they were not here by 11, I would be canceling the appointment. She assured me they would be here. At 10:47, she called me to tell me they were running late and would not be there for another twenty minutes. This was after the 11 a.m. time I told her I would cancel at and over an hour late. I cancelled this appointment immediately. However, this screwed up my entire morning and I still do not have the house cleaned.
