They have the worst customer service. We would give them specific instructions that they would never follow. You always had to call to get in contact with them. They would never respond to emails. They would always send different people so there was no consistency in the work.

Seem to clean the house well enough. Cleaners rarely speak English and so there is a language barrier to overcome. Never the same cleaner two times in a row, so we have to convey what we would like cleaned. Seem to always be between 30 minutes and an hour late. Office seems to be run professionally. We were looking for a cleaning company when we found Just Cleaning and we are still looking for a cleaning company. Either we are just too picky or cleaners do not really take pride in how well they clean other people's homes. On a positive, their pricing is competitive to others we have looked at.

We've (Roger and Wilma) been using Just Cleaning for about a year on a monthly basis. There were some bugs to be worked in beginning, but we worked them out. If we ever have an issue they are Johnny-on-spot to make it right. They are not perfect, they miss this or that from time to time, but who doesn't. I've been impressed w/professionalism (Management). You can't go wrong w/these guys, if there is a concern they'll make right. They arrive we leave, they clean the house top to bottom and lock the house as they leave.

Service was scheduled. I usually received an email reminding me they were coming. When I did not receive an email, I called to make sure. I could not get anyone to answer. No one came to clean even though I was scheduled. When I finally got a call from them, I was told their server was down so I wasn't in the system long enough to be a regular service client so the system didn't tell them to come. I had signed up for every three week service two months prior. I should have been in the system ! When customer service called me, they did upgrade my next service to make amends, but it was too little too late.

The worker did an amazing job and I was very impressed with her services!

The cleaning was adequate but I would not use them again. When I scheduled the clean, I was given a general time frame of "Monday morning" but no specific time. I was told I would get a call that morning. I did receive an email reminder but no time. I needed to know what time to be at the house as it was empty. I called that morning and was told the crew was already on the way that they would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. They arrived 45 minutes later. I got them started and came back a few hours later. I had to ask if they had mopped the wood floor in the living room as it was still dirty. They had. I asked them to please go over a few spills that were still visible. All in all it looks like they make one wipe over an area but don't pay any attention to whether that area is actually clean. They did a great job on the oven and microwave but missed a hall closet. In the end I was charged more for the cleaning than the estimate with no additional communication from the company. A charge just showed up on my credit card.

They arrived on time. They worked constantly.

She's pretty good. They come in the morning. She does pretty well most of the time too. She's pretty prompt about being here and that kind of stuff. Pricewise, compared to some other ones, it was a little bit more. I don't know if the price is high or not, it seems kind of high to me. I do like what she does, I just wonder about the price. The introductory price was pretty good, that's kind of the reason we went with them. She did real good. The responsiveness is off and on, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad.
