I called on Monday and a lady said they would come 9 am on Tuesday. I requested an estimate and she said she would call back in 15 minutes, she did not call. Tuesday we waited until late morning and when they did not show I called again. The lady said she would call the guys to see what was going on as they should have been here and she would call in 15 minutes. She did not call back. I called later in the afternoon and got her voice mail. I left a message and never got a return call. Wednesday morning I called another company who was wonderful and had our stuff picked up within a few hours.

They did an awesome job. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 20 minutes. The staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. They were also great with the clean up afterwards and were efficient workers. I had no problem scheduling their service.

Team called and told us they would be late. Arrived earlier than the new stated time. I gave them a B only because they did not meet the 1st scheduled time. Well mannered, professional and very helpful. Swept up after the clean out. I received a 5% discount after I mentioned Angies list. I love Angies list.

Fast response on phone, their quote was the lowest for haul away. Very professional

I have used the Junk Guys Houston before and their prices are fair. This time I had 2 old TVs and an old fridge I needed removed. The guy was on time. It was a 135.00 to pick it all up.

The Junk Guys Houston came out with a dumpster and removed all the junk and trash in the garage. It took them about 1 hr and even cleaned the floor. I tiped a 100.00 bucks. Good job.

Very disappointed. This company found online (and in competition with a well-known national company) advertised that they donated/recycled items where possible. I provided them with a detailed list of what I had, told them I had nice furniture to donate and they responded no problem. Two guys arrived in a van (not like the trucks you see on their website) with a pretty nasty interior. I told them there was no way all of my stuff was going to fit inside the van and they insisted it would. Well, they were right....as I watched in disbelief as they took a sledgehammer to my grandmother's 60 year old oak desk. To be fair, they did ask if I minded before they did it but at this point 1 day before I had to move out of my house I had no choice. Cushions to the sleeper sofa were thrown out on the ground and by the time the sofa made it into the truck, I could see already the microfiber on the one side had a large grease streak across it. All the trash from the garage was piled high on top of it; the glass book cases were disassembled into a hundred pieces and scattered inside the truck. If anything was intended for donation, they took no care of the items in my presence. Their website advertises "Angie's List Super Service Award 2011" but when you click on that it takes to you Junk Guys DFW....not Houston! In my mind, that's false advertising. The guys worked very hard and it was worth the money; however, I had nice furniture that would have benefitted some families in need.
