Description of Work: Repaired window arch and minor tuckpoint, took forever to get a date with them that worked out, but worth the wait in the end. only one contact guy, Rico, and web response to their site is slow so be patient

Description of Work: Like most people in Houston, I was having water penetration issues around my windows. I had JQ come out to provide some insight and a bit to if it was a brick issue, a flashing issue, or a window issue. Although these guys do brick repair, they had no ability to access the situation. That is, for $1800, I am not sure if they did anything to help the situation. I learned more about brick and brick installation trying to explain to JQ what I wanted and was concerned about, then they could explain to me about what my concerns should be or what was happening with the penetration issues. It was incredibly frustrating. And this is one of those companies that must funnel everything through a call center of some type because you couldn't speak to anyone other than the foreman. There was no owner or GM to try and explain things to. So, I contracted them to pressure clean, re-mortar (where needed), re-open weep-holes, and seal. Of course, I see no weep-holes opened. So, I ask why they would bid it and then not do it, but then I get a whole story about how they weren't important, but they would do it if I wanted. Right down the vortex of contractor B.S. where you can't figure out what the heck is going on. It just wasn't worth it and I still have water getting in my house. And I found out that a bad weep-hole opening job can actually cause more water penetration problems. I wonder what will happen?

Description of Work: The guy came to my house and gave me the estimate price and I made a contract. But since then they didn't reply me at all and I called him and was told "I will call you this afternoon" but never got call.

Description of Work: Excellent performance |They fixed a chimney leak that had confounded roofers for 3 years, and did more than I expected, with a full cleaning of the entire chimney, not just the problem area. They worked through lunch to make sure the job was done before expected rain.

Description of Work: Evaluation call was timely. Missed appointment to do the actual repair explaining there was an issue with another job. Did come on time the second repair appointment. Price was a minimum price to come out but much too high for the job. None the less they did a great job and giving them the benefit of doubt on the missed appointment I would use them again.

Description of Work: Did not call back to set time for service after quote was given. Also did not answer any of the emails regarding this. Will not call again if that is the professionalism and the way they conduct their business.. Will not recommend
