 + 0 moreHis workmen showed up on time and did the work. Wendell came back to check the work, fix any parts that weren't quite right and painted. After the gutter man put up the gutter, Wendell again came back to check. All the workers were very neat and tidy. Took the time to clean up after themselves not leaving nails or pieces of wood tossed around. Wendell was very quick to come and pick up the trash and take it away.
Description of Work: Replaced fascia and gutter on the back of the house.

 + 3 moreThe work went very smooth. The tile contractors were very helpful and did a great job. They were punctual and stayed late to finish a project. The painters were very punctual - started early and stayed late. Wendell was always available - just a phone call away if thre was any questions. We had other obligations so we were not home all the time that this project was being done but felt comfortable with all workers.
Description of Work: Paint the MB. Take out garden tub in MB and replace with walk-in shower. Replace MB countertop; build new cabinet; new tile floor - in master bedroom. In hall bathroom - replace walk-in shower with a tub; new paint, floor, counter top and basins, frame mirror. The work went very smooth. The tile contactors was very helpful and did a great job. They were punctual and stayed late to finish a project. The painters were very punctual - started early and stayed late. Wendell was always available - just a phone call away.  + -1 moreHe is not licensed or insured, and he gave us a false license number. He is not registered by the state. He placed a false lien against our property, forcing us to pay him. When we hired him, we under the impression that he was going to do the work himself, but he sub contracted it out. His estimates were not accurate as well. I would never recommend him.

 + 1 moreThey did a great job and we had a little problem and they were able to come back out and fix it at no extra charge. They do excellent work and were very quick, they clean up after themselves and do a wonderful job. They are very nice and easy to work with.
