Jason's Custom Cuttings

I was extremely disappointed with this provider my grass was cut uneven and extremely short even after I explained to him that I did not want my grass cut shorter than three inches. This guy even repeated to me that he would not cut the grass shorter than three and a half inches. When I came to inspect and discovered that the grass was uneven and scalped this provider told me and quot; well quite honestly this is as high as i can cut it and quot; which was less than an inch from the ground. All I have to say for this provider is how did he make it on Angie's List? Most dissapointing thing for me is I just joined this service of Angie's list and I feel ripped off.

Jason did a wonderful job. he also mowed the alley behind my house. he is very polite and punctual. he always ask if there is something that he may need to improve on or may have missed. I would suggest Jason has dependable and has someone who takes pride in his work. .

The gentleman who owns the business does most of the work and sometimes, his family members help him. I have used him for about 6 years or so. There was a neighbor down the street and he referred him to me. He does a few other lawns down the block as well. I have used different people over the years, but he does a really good job and that is important to me, the lawn looks really good, and he is very reliable, I typically have him come out every Friday and he had trouble last Friday, and he sent me a text to say that he was having trouble and if he could come out the next day. I have had trouble with other companies, which didn't show up at all or cut the grass unevenly. I pay him on a monthly basis and he invoices me.
