Joe Lopez of High Quality Drywall Repair did a 3-day repair job on my home. I needed it for prep to sale. Joe worked very steadily without breaking for 3 days. He worked very hard on his on without need for assistance. The quality of the work was perfect. The price was exactly as bid. I will always call Joe again for this type of work.

I ripped out all of the drywall in our master bath, cut a bunch of holes in the ceiling to run new wiring, removed all the wallpaper from the water closet walls, and ripped out a section of drywall in our master closet to reconfigure a wall. I called Jose to discuss having him do the finished work on the drywall I hung, skim the water closet and ceiling, and to hang the last bit of drywall in the closet I just ran out of steam on. Jose came out quickly to look at my proposal and was able to work me into his schedule without delay. Jose did an outstanding job all around - the walls look better than from when the house was brand new and the ceiling texture is matched perfectly. Jose was even able to salvage/perfect one tricky corner we had going on that I was not sure would be able to be saved without first being ripped out and redone somehow (the shower wall had to be furred out to accommodate the shower valve). This is the second time I have used Jose and I cannot say enough good things about his work. I actually learned about Jose from my next-door neighbor, who also spoke very highly of Jose work for him. Jose is friendly, courteous and I cannot say enough good things about the work he did. Jose is an experienced artisan and it shows in his finished work. Another great thing about Jose is he will be there when he says he will be there. If he asks if he can start at 7:15 AM, you can bet he will be there at 7:15 AM! Punctuality goes a long way in my book and I really appreciated Jose punctuality each and every day of the project. And as one other reviewer mentioned, Jose is also puppy friendly, even if our puppy was not too eager to respond in kind.

Jose worked on two ceiling issues for us. The bigger one was water damage on a 12 foot entryway. He did the job right, no shortcuts. His prep was thorough, the texturing was a beautiful match to the existing and the paint job was flawless. Work on our garage ceiling was equally well done. I would not hesitate to use him for every job in the future.

We are very pleased with the drywall repair done by Joe. He was able to come out the very next day and began work immediately. He was well prepared and was able to match the paint to the existing color. He even painted the window frame and base board. Joe gave us a comparable quote and did not require any cost minimums to accept the work. He does big jobs and small jobs as well.

Joe did an amazing job fixing the mess a previous cotractor did on a texture repair. He was determined to match the texture in my house. He artistically created a roller to match my starburst wall texture. He also recreated my ceiling texture. Joe is a hard worker and shows up early and stays late to get the job done. I highly reccommend his work! Bravo!

Joe is a master at Sheetrock repair and replacement. He takes great pride in his work which is very hard to come by these days. His customer service and arriving to the job daily was excellent. I will not hesitate to call Joe for any future work that I need done.
