They were fine, my favorite was the salesman, Jeff. He answered all of our questions and helped out a lot. They were very nice and helpful and even checked up on us afterwards.

I was very pleased with the installation in 2011 However, their warranty and guarantee is to come clean out the gutters if leaves, pine needles or other debris gets in them. I have been trying since March 2015 (called probably at least 6 or more times) to schedule GutterMaxx to come clean my gutters They have leaves, pine needles and small branches in he gutters under the guards. There is so much debris the they are not draining properly either. I have received promises to get it scheduled but no one showed. Most recently I have not received a call back either.

Vendor didn't show up on the appointment time, didn't call, didn't apologize. Finally got ahold of the Sales Manager (Steve Jolly) and rescheduled appointment, he was late, but at least called me. This was on April 22, 2015 a week after my original appointment was scheduled with the no-show. He stated he would have an estimate to me 4/25/15, never happened, called this company so many times, no response. Had Steve Jolly's phone number and texted many times, no response to texts or phone calls. Finally gave up, what a worthless company. Beware of this outfit. With this kind of response to a business opportunity one can only imagine if you actually gave them money to do the work!

They were charging too much for the job that I wanted so I did not end up using the big deal.

The GutterMaxx truck and crew arrived on schedule and they had the entire job done in one day. The gutters look great on the house and they do work well. Three days after they were installed we had the heavy downpours and the guttering worked very well. We chose the GutterMaxx system because there are pines in virtually every house in the cul-de-sac and the accumulation of pine needles in the gutters and valleys of the roof is a major problem. The GutterMaxx cap system is very good. The guttering matches the trim in color and the down spouts match the brick. The guttering really compliments the house. There were two small leaks where it turned out they missed the caulking on screws. They did come out and fix the leaks but it took several phone calls to get them to send out a tech. That is the only reason I did not give them an A for response. Their guttering is pricey but the results are very solid and good looking and so far they work very well.

To this day, no one from their company has reached out to me and I never received the $50 gift card.

did not use. Jeff was courteous and provided a qote in a timely manner. if the cost had been what he verbally quoted before he worked it all up I probably would have had the work done immediatly. I deceided to get more quotes and as a result chose another contractor

I got a flyer in the mail and I decided to hire Guttermax to do this job. The salesman was pleasurable. His team was very prompt and efficient. I had a huge smile while they were doing the work. I wish everyone conducted their business this way. They installed self-contained gutters and did such a great job that I referred them to my son.

I think they have a good product. Giving the guy the benefit of my doubt; they should warn you that it's 5 times more expensive than any other quote you could obtain so you don't waste each others time. I was expecting a higher price but the quote I received astounded me. If your looking for a high pressure sale and additional cost for being a woman in a nice curb appeal neighborhood...proceed on. (My quote was $7000 compared to the previous highest quote of $1300.) After I politely said no thanks; the sales rep proceeded to break the job into smaller phases. For some reason, doing a small portion of gutters on one back edge of my house for a little over half the prices was no more appealing. I was then offered the and quot;best dealand quot; upon contacting the manager but had to sign up today....yada yada! I didn't pursue this option but another 25% reduction was suggested. My recommendation is to keep looking for an honest company. Then again, I have seen these gutters installed in the neighborhood so maybe people are signing up for this. They are very attractive gutters!

We are looking to replace the gutters on our home. I called today to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I did not like that I had to call a 1-800 number when there multiple office over several states; there is no local number to call. Then, the phone was answered "construction office." I was really caught off-guard, and I said I was calling for Guttermaxx. I was told I had the correct number, and I decided to end the call. I am not comfortable not knowing who it is locally that I am hiring and they way the phone is answered it sounds like they do other things - but what? There's just too little local information there.

Requested estimate via their website and received phone call within 1-2 hours. (It took LeafGuard a week to call in response to my request!) They were able to schedule a convenient appointment for a Saturday morning. Sales pitch is a bit much but they are an honest company with an excellent product. Really good range of colors available as well. Purchased the gutters that day and scheduled installation for a few days later. They arrived exactly on time and were very professional and considerate. Job was finished in one day and they cleaned up thoroughly. Installation was followed the next day by a phone call to make sure we didn't have any questions, etc. We even received a $200 refund because they didn't need all the materials that were specified in the bid.

So far we are satisfied with their service. But still need to have them come and make some adjustments. I think they are very reliable.

Dealing with this company and their high pressure sales tactics felt like I was shopping for a car, and with the estimate they provided, I could have BOUGHT one!! They were 3-4 TIMES more expensive than the 4 other bids I got, and they REALLY pushed the leaf protection system even though I don't need it (and had been told so by a competitor). When they arrived, I told them in no uncertain terms that I would not use their primary competitor due to the fact that he did not listen to my needs/desires, and wasted 2.5 hours of my time for a BID. This pair took in excess of 3 hours!! I don't know if it's because I met with them alone (without my husband) or what, but apparently they didn't believe that I knew what I was talking about, despite the fact I expressed that the original gutters installed on the home 18 years ago had done an adequate job and the only reason for the replacement was because we had replaced all our siding with hardiplank. That being said, while they were outside measuring, they gave me a list of customers for whom they had done work, asking that I contact them for references and telling me that I'd get $25 off per person I talked to (with a maximum $ off they would not disclose). I will say that the three people I made contact with had positive things to say about the gutters, installation, etc... but I will not be using them for all the reasons stated above.

Appointment and installation went well, and now I have problems with leakage at inside miter joints and they don't respond very well.

The employees of this company arrived early and worked late until the job was completed. They were very polite and accommodating. Although their price was high it was in line with competing companies and I did not feel that I got ripped off.

Guttermax did a good job with the installation of my new gutters. However, they did make me a bit uncomfortable with the pressure that the sales person put on me. They did perform the work really well. They made the gutters at our home. They were done within a couple of hours.

Guttermax did a very good job on putting my new gutters up. They even followed up with me by checking on them for two months after the work was done. They were expensive, but I was very satisfied because they are still in good condition.

Guttermax provided satisfactory work. They were nice and completed the job in one day. I was glad that they installed the topper on the gutters, so I wont have leaves clogging my gutters. They built the gutters right in my driveway. They were professional and I received quality work. I have a twenty year warranty on the work.

Guttermax did a great job with the installation process. They gave me a guarantee on the gutters. They were very friendly and helpful. I felt the price was well worth the maintenance free gutters. The gutters look great. They made sure that they did not leave a mess at all.

Guttermax stands by their products. Im very impressed with the fact that the gutters actually work. If the gutters ever do need to be cleaned, they will do it for free. I think they offer that service because they know that they will never need to be cleaned. My gutters were installed properly and the board underneath is rot free. They are a very professional company with a nice staff. They were able to finish the project in about a day and a half.

They worked out great. They did an excellent installation of the gutters. We don't get splashing or down pours off the roof. They did a good job of matching the gutter color with the trim. At no extra price, I got a life time, no-clog warranty. The warranty is transferable, too, which is not common.

I AM PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT, AT LEAST I THINK SO, IT HAS NOT RAINED YET FOR ME TO SEE HOW WELL THEY WORK. THE INSTALLERS DID NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS. THEY CANCELLED MY INSTALLATION 3 TIMES, WITHOUT CALLING TO ADVISE ME OR MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. THE SUPERVISOR, JAY SCHMWELL, DID NOT KNOW WHERE HIS CREWS WERE, OR HOW MUCH WORK THEY HAD ACCOMPLISHED. I CALLED HIM TO QUESTION WHEN THE INSTALLATION WOULD BE COMPLETED, HE THOUGHT THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. THEY WERE SLOPPY IN THE INSTALLATION, ONCE THEY ARRIVED. THEY USED SPRAY PAINT ON MY WOODEN DECK AND PATIO WITHOUT PROTECTING MY WOOD OR PATIO TILES WHICH LEFT WHITE SPLASHES OF PAINT ON MY DECK AND PATIO.

WAY OVER PRICED, $3,400.00. WANTED AN ANSWER ON THE SPOT, I SAID I WAS NOT PREPARED TO MAKE A DECISION AT THAT TIME, THE SALESMAN GOT VERY UPSET AND LEFT. THE PRICE WAS FOR ONLY 2 SIDES OF MY HOUSE, LESS THAN 120 FEET OF GUTTER.
