I was told 3 weeks and it was 10 weeks. They just missed the mark, for clean, contemporary, sleek look. Cabinets do not line up, the lines are off. They were lost on how to use magnetic open and close process. I had to do most the research myself to find what worked and didn't work. The silestone tops have seam issues and are visible. At one point the painted all the cabinets closed, and they had to be removed and started all over. I used open shelving above and the first go around was piece milled wood parts, looked terrible. They did take the shelves out and replace them. They got paint on a piece of art, driving me into a panic. The billing process you need to be aware of. One price is quoted for just the construction. It does not include, any fixtures or hardware needed to preform the required task. They will build a draw, but the pull in on your own dime. It adds up quick by the end for each little extra you have to pay. I exceeded my budget by quite a bit by the time it was done. Maybe for traditional kitchens they have a process, but clean, sleek was not delivered.

I spoke on Wednesday, April 9th to Sandra. After what seemed like an interview...she asked how I got their contact, how much money I had to spend, what I was looking for in a contractor and if I would be contacting other builders, I did manage to explain to her what it is that I was calling about (even as she did not seem interested). I told her I was interested in adding 2 bedrooms and a bath as a second story addition to my one story 1930's brick bungalow. She said she would talk to her boss and get back to me with a price. First off...I was offended by her interview questions ...as if I am not supposed to call other builders and compare bids, work ethic, etc.....really?!? ...she wanted to know how much money I had to spend....again really?!? I don't think even car salespeople use this tactic anymore. Secondly...I was perplexed that they would bid a price over the phone. How is that even possible? But then, no one has called or will call back, I am sure.

I tried to set up an appointment for a quote to remodel my townhome bathroom. I believe they transfered me a few times until I spoke with a Lena? I explained the measurements of my townhome bathroom (roughly 18x7), as well as what I was trying to accomplish. Basically I want to remove my tub/shower combo and just do a walk in shower, take 1 separating wall down and new vanity with new sinks, faucet, and toilet. I was quoted over the phone without someone even showing up to my house 25 thousand dollars for this, and this did not include any of the fixtures. She asked if I am soliciting bids, when I responded that I will be she informed me they do not do competitive bids and will not put anything on paper until I agree to go with them. Her closing statement was "So if you are not shocked by this price, and would like us to come out we can" I mentioned how their quotation was not even close to what I have received so far ($8,200-$13,500 which included everything for the remodel) and she said how they differentiate them selves is that they have project managers to supervise their contractors and they are fully insured which would explain the price difference. I was in absolute awe with how outrageous the price was, and how they don't do competitive bids and will not put anything on paper. This has to be one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever experienced.

They didn't really give us a specific plan. We wanted a construction plan to go along with the bid, and they could not give us one. We felt like there was not enough information to accept their bid.
