Description of Work: I had a garage door opener replaced recently. The installer was prompt , professional and very courteous. The installation was fast and of high quality. His work went beyond just normal installation. He inspected the whole garage door lift system, added several fasteners for extra support to the door sections and lubed all rollers, hinges and springs. In the past, these services were always available at extra costs. I highly recommend this company for all garage door system repairs or replacement. R.V.

Description of Work: Our garage door was making a really bad noise going up and down and I was worried it was about to come off the tracks. I called and they were at my house within 2 hours. Cody explained everything very thoroughly. He didn't try to sale me on doing more than what was necessary. He educated me on what I might need in the future which I thought was extremely helpful and I was grateful for his knowledge. Would absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: I called for a service appointment due to a loud squeaky garage door. Phone call was at 9 am, and Cody told me they could be at my home within 2 hours. Cody was on time, and quickly diagnosed by issue. Did not try to oversell me anything, and had the tools on hand that we needed. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He even helped me program my outside keypad for the garage door, and programmed my garage door opener that was built into my car! I highly recommend!!

Description of Work: My garage was having sensor issues (going down then going back up again) and this was happening randomly. It would work fine for a week then start acting up again. I made an appt with one garage door company for next week but since I was off from work today I decided to call another company to see if they could do it today. I called Garage Door Doctor and they were able to come out within 2 1/2 hours of my call. Cody was very nice and polite and explained everything to me about how the garage door works and based on what was going on, he told me that one of the sensors was moving around while the garage was closing and that was what was causing it to open again. He said he would bolt the sensors to the wall so it wouldn't move and it would be $20 added to the $75 service fee. I was fine with that. He had also explained that the spring may or may not last for 2 more years (6 yr old house) and that there would be no warning sign if it breaks, it would just pop. He wasn't trying to pressure me into getting a new spring now, it was just an FYI. Since I park my car in the garage and I use the garage as my primary means of going into and out of the house, that made me think. I decided to get new springs for my reassurance and peace of mind. So I went from paying $95 to $219 ($95 was included in the price). It was worth it knowing my garage will last a lot longer now. Also I got the free lubricant for the garage.

Description of Work: My family and I have just found our new Garage Door problem fixer! My spring snapped this morning and with in a couple hours Cody was here to take care of it. Family owned, honest and you really feel like you are being taken care of. Cody took the time to explain everything in detail. You can not go wrong with this company. I say forget the rest and call them! I would refer and will refer this company to everyone who has garage door problems. They are quick and know what they are doing and honest and fair priced.
